I am just so lazy to even wash my face some nights...so i just cant get myself to do all these..i am 42 and i have acne prone skin...but i dont use make up, just spf moisturizer and eyeliner...so, i guess its ok for me...at nights, if i have the mood i wash my face with face wash...thats all

And use a nourishing creams ...once your skin is getting back to normal state start using vitamin c use a good vitamin c serum ...and use a good non comedogenic oils..like rosehip seed oil or euk oil from the ordinary .... You will be fine
