This video really made me reflect deeply on relationships. Sometimes, out of love, I tend to overlook clear signs that someone no longer deserves my trust

I resonate with this video. I have been in a difficult relationship. I must make this decision, I choose myself. I have come to this decision after a long time of manipulation and emotional abuse..
    Thank you very much 🙏✨️🕊❤️

Where it gets complicated is when it's only in-laws that cross these lines. Luckily I was finally able to get my spouse to agree I shouldn't spend time with them any more, but I didn't like that I had to be rude to them back to get them to do it outright in front of their son. It felt wrong, but in the long run, fixed the problem.

A small amount of acting like them, got them to show their full selves.
I still feel bad about it, but I couldn't do that relationship any more.

Setting boundaries, even when difficult, protects your peace. It’s great your spouse supported you-sometimes discomfort leads to lasting solutions.

Yes I deserve better than deception, betrayal and lack of making other s accountable for their actions . I am not responsible for showing a road of just cause and honesty if your partner chooses to listen to the drama and is blind to the gaslighting they are getting from others that you plainly see. Walk away from this blind person for they are refusing your loving guiding steps across a dangerous terrain. No cane you hand them will help! Walk towards you own light

Powerful words and a strong message. Walking away from those who refuse to see the truth is an act of self-respect. Choosing your own light and peace is the ultimate step toward healing and growth. You deserve better!

Emotional abuse is as harmful as physical abuse, I had a recent experience of emotional abuse where I was left feeling worthless not even worth talking to. Anyone experiencing this needs to walk away, instinctively I knew I had to protect myself it is lonely but that is better than feeling worthless. I choose myself.

True strength lies in knowing your worth and setting boundaries that protect your peace. Some actions cross lines that can't be undone, and walking away isn't just self-respect-it's self-preservation. Stoic wisdom teaches us to focus on what we can control, and sometimes that means letting go.

Stoicism teaches us to value our peace and self-respect. If your partner repeatedly disrespects you, breaks trust, manipulates, or disregards your boundaries, it’s a sign to protect your well-being. Forgiveness is virtuous, but enabling harmful patterns undermines your worth. Choose relationships that align with your values and foster growth.

Yeah, I know this one. Ex tried to kill me on my honeymoon and collect life insurance. Obviously, it didn't work😂! He's alone and I'm successful now with a younger man😂 and smashing career.
