Ymir's arc is really one of the most interesting arcs in SNK. I think this is also one of the things that made SNK unique from other anime, Isayama did not just give depth to the main characters but also to other characters like Ymir.

I think someone or levi is confused as well and "everybody's got no place to hide" make me think of when titan beast throw stones at them. there is really no place to hide and in that situation, it was very depressing and hopeless. anyways, this song is awesome :)

I barely started AoT a few days ago and I’m already on season 3 lol. Ymir’s backstory made me cry so hard. Also, why do these two songs sound so similar? It made searching them up so hard lol
Ymir loves christa so much and something inside me hopes they end up together romantically. Maybe that wasn’t the writer’s intention, but I feel like there’s more than friendship in that relationship. It’s deep admiration, respect and genuine true love.

It must hurt a lot to hear others hate you for what you like and identify as in general. It’s even harder without supportive friends to back you up or vibe with you when it’s about anime cause the world of anime is so last vaster than what most people think! It’s an amazing spectrum with its weirdness and powerful messages🥺 if they don’t understand that, there’s nothing anybody can do to make your friend and her mom to understand that it’s something you genuinely like and understand on a level deeper than they. Of course, No ones telling you to stop being friends with her, but the fact that she hates you is kind of a red flag for a toxic friendship. As cliche as it sounds, friends SHOULD love you for who you are, even if they can’t accept a part of you, they’re not in any place to openly tell you unless that part of you is negatively affecting them. At the end of the day, us weebs need to have friends who can web out with us, it’s just not the same with people who can’t understand our love for anime. Anime is awesome!
Unfortunately we anime fans get a lot of hate from people who dislike anime. We get told stuff like "Anime is stupid" "Your so childish why do you still watch those childish shows" and other hurtful things like that. But they don't know what anime is cause they dont care to try something new. However don't let them control your life. You are you and you are free to be whoever you want to be. Don't live a life that someone else forces on you live your own life. And if you friends dont accept the fact that you are who you want to be then they arent worth your time. Live for yourself and choose who you want to be and dont let others control you or your life.
