I was watching you make this build and I was happy to watch because my friend is a hunter and he did not belive me when I said bad juju 2ould be good due to the kinetic mod but now you've given me some more ideas

Wondering how this’ll fare compared to my current Celestial build using Mercy, Searing, Empyrean, Torches & Ashes with Eremite and Dragons Breath for DPS or Sunshot for general gameplay.
Edit: I'd love to see a Titan build next, one that fulfils the roll of DPS that isn't a Strand Titan. So maybe a Cuirass Titan :D

Don't use sunshot. It doesn't work with celestial's precision kills for super regen
@@rudymilliez I use it because the ad clear is great and with my fragments I can keep up Resto x1 and Radiant up 24/7. You’ll still get energy on Headshots, just not the Explosion final blows.
1 early hint - mercy is really bad because of the current restoration bug that will reset you to 2s of restoration on firesprite pickup even if you already have a higher duration. i have a different method for staying healthy that youll see in the vid :D
Mercy is bugged. Don't use it. It will reset your resto timer to 2 seconds ever time you pick up a firesprite, no matter what the timer was before.
I've been using this build for about 2 weeks now and it absolutely shreds everything. Literally EVERYTHING.

Thank you for showcasing this build soloing the latest dungeon. I feel like it's a much better representation of how well a build will do vs doing the core activities. And the building looks awesome as well!
Would sunshot work well on this build?
I actually like the BXR with enhanced demo and enhanced incandescent with this. The pulse buffs feel good and it’s super accurate from the hip and from distance.

Cyrtarachne builds don’t really build into suspend so the bow won’t help
But the bow is really good for making a dedicated suspend-hunter build.
Tbh, I used it in GMs on a void hunter last night. My enemies could not get away from us. Suspend traps and tether, no running. Hilarious too
feel like the suspend the bow adds could be the missing link for making it more of an end game build

This was the first exotic I ever wanted to build around when I started playing back in Season of Plunder.
I don't even wanna use the ornaments, either, that's how cool it looks.
Would love to see a Hunter Ticuu's vs. Hierarchy build re-visited considering the length of this solar focused season.

@hotbox76 Nah, Wicked Implement is really good, only for GMs however. It's able to stun both Overload and Unstop champs, and if you hit all your shots, chain stun barrier. If you don't have Wish Ender or are using a Stasis Build like Turretlock, it's one of the best picks.

@hotbox76 I'm a hunter stasis main, I've completed lake of shadows on GM 73 times so far this week. 9 of those runs were flawless.
There is a lot of mastery to it but it's still good despite not being meta. (If you want my bungie name to check NF report as proof, let me know)
Renewal grasps, Lament, forbearance and adept hung jury with Kenetic Tremors.
Melee slow stuns overload. Freeze then shatter stuns unstoppable and freeze barriers with grenade, go inside "death bubble" with champion, they can't open shot you and you can take their barrier our with lament.

I know it's a weird one, but I'd love to see you have a go at a Mechaneer's Tricksleeves build after the changes, especially now that we have more special ammo sidearms to work with.
If I can get the dungeon exotic to drop I plan on running it on Strand with that exotic and mykels. Devour and weaken on strand sounds too excellent to pass up.
I love unique builds but Bungie did us dirty with sidearm anti barriers. I personally think trick sleeves is hot garbage. You need to be in close range, need to critically wounded and constantly swapping back and forth takes away the ability to just spam fire and kill more consistent. Just my opinion. I love you out of the box unique thinking though!
I am curious as to how bad the nerf on young ahamkara spine is as it was my favorite build. Is it still relevant?
So i just wanted to come back and comment on this build.
As a 53yo casual destiny 2 player I'm always on the lookout for good builds. I had most of the items for this build so i put it together but used Sunshot for my main weapon. I took it to Sorrow's harbor to try it out and get the feel for the play loop.
After doing massive one shot damage (for me) I decided to use it to finish the Parting the Veil mission which had been giving my Titan troubles. I went down and cleared ads and when the room started to close forcing you to the center platform my super recharged. I took the shot and it finished him off before the "curtain" could come down forcing me to the middle.
IT WAS GLORIOUS!
You are right the hand cannon is fantastic, and it frees up an exotic slot.
Paired with Monte Carlo I'm almost always with an ability to throw.

@@kycklinggull1 My son's got me playing this, it is how we connect through builds, perks and strategies. I don't have the skill they do but they sometimes drag me through a GM, or a raid to get certain exotics, good fun.
They are wanting me to play Helldiver's next, i'm afraid I may turn into gunny on an OP look.

Would be really nice if you could just put the entire build on the screen at once, the whole showing everything one at a time is real annoying when plugging things in manually.

Looks great, love the creative use of gunpowder gamble here. Think the handcannon choice is pretty perfect for general accessibility but have found for this kind of scorch build, tyranny of heaven is a great legendary option with its firefly and incandescent roll, with my personal favourite being an adept pre-astyanax with it’s adept perks and an incand roll. Another less common but great survivability pick is an incand/heal clip sidearm that works well with this season’s barrier mods. Would love to see a build exploring a bit more strand hunter options with something like frost-33z
Tbh in gm's I would never rock a sidearm. You would always have to get up close and in a lot of GM's that's not the best bet 😅

It'd be pretty interesting to see a build around any forgotten exotic weapons that might've fallen to the wayside over time, i.e devil's ruin, symmetry, final warning or one of my faves to occasionally bust out, traveller's chosen
If you play Warlock check out his "strand commander" video from a few days ago - it makes use of traveler's chosen and apotheosis veil, imo two underused exotics!
Now that Bombardiers actually applies slow stacks. I would love to see a bombo build using them! I'm curious to see how they could perform with the new stasis buffs!! Ooooo! that or Wormgod! With it's new rework I'm curious as to how much damage you could pump out!
I’m having trouble getting the 999,999 damage, is there any solution to this. I’m getting up to about 500,000 to 650,000 but that’s the highest I can get and I haven’t changed anything about the build, is anyone else having this issue?

They nerfed this strat a couple months ago. So sad to say it but Golden Gun doesnt stack with 3x Kinetic Surges anymore

1 thing that he didnt say is that epochal integration needs some solar weapon reload speed increases coz that thing is slow AF to reload.
I don't usually comment on these types of builds but this one is just amazing. It's a blast (literally) to play with and really fun.

Been waiting for this exotic to be meta for a LONG time. Easily one of the drippiest exotic helmets for Hunters. I use it with a Dragonfly/Incandescent Tyranny of Heaven for maximum explosions. It'd be really interesting to see a build for Gemini Jesters in the next video. Thinking solar or arc hunter dodge loops and then constantly blinding the enemy with the dodge kind of thing.

Get more BANG for your buck with this build by running Forerunner in your kinetic with Epochal as your energy primary. You’ll get your Super even faster from the Surges because it doesn’t matter where your precision kills come from.
I need to try that hand cannon it's collecting dust in my vault and when I tried smg with my pervious nighthawk build it was cool for ad clear but it just didn't do it for me... I'll give this a go. Thanks

What armor are you using?
This is cool but my only issue is with Gunpower gamble. There is no way a smooth brain like me would pay attention to when i have 6 stacks to proc the aspect. I can absolutely see myself throwing that explosive nade at my feet because I thought it was still a healing nade. Seeing as I can get plenty of singe from my melee (that is refundable with other aspect) and with incandescent, I don't think that aspect is a must. Amazing add clear tool for sure but its totally replaceable. Unless there is something I'm not seeing.

I loved the video on the Assassin’s Cowl strand build and I really think it could peak Hunter tier in fun if you like that playstyle. But umh… there is a problem… ASSASSIN’S COWL IS IMPOSSIBLE TO FASHION. So, today, I’m here to kindly request a build on the Unpronounceable CYRTARACHNE’S FACADE. Ah man, soooo happy CNH is back baby! It’s the reason I switched to hunters after D1. Otherwise, would love to see a new strand Wish-Keeper/FoeTracer(or other strand complimentary exotic) build! I want to like strand but it just feels so meh compared to everything else for me.
@Matics why not Zaouli’s Bane HC? It’s craftable and you can get explosive payload and Incandescent. It’s a better 140 Solar HC.
Ophidia Spathe is such a fun exotic, I'd be interested to see if you can swing enough power out of it to be viable in endgame activities.

Just to clarify. Empyrean and Solace do not stack. Empyrean gives the max time allowed for solar buffs, solace effectively does nothing. You’re better off running another aspect. Otherwise, great build.
I did not have the same hand cannon, but I had a different one with Osmosis. Even healing grenades proc the perk and change the weapon type to Solar. Even with Radiated I still couldn't come near 999999. The largest damage I saw was about 460k.

How much of a difference is speccing into Intelligence going to make, compared to say, putting those points into Discipline instead (for more healing grenades/survivability) and chucking on a Hands On mod? (Genuine question: I don't think I've ever had a build with high Intelligence as mods are usually recommended instead)
I think seeing a really bad exotic build video would be cool. Just try and make it as good as you can. Something like mechaneers tricksleeves (ik they aren’t horrible but still), Cyrtarachnes Facade, Shinbous Vow etc. For an ACTUAL build I’d love to see a winters bite and triton vice combo build video. I feel like it could be a good combo

I've got a challenge for you.
I picked up a 71 total lvl Geomag Stabilizers last season and have yet to make a build with it. Although I use a Getaway Artist build on my warlock, and enjoy zapping everything, I feel like that exotic could have a potential, although it's focused on a single class super. - I have to know if there is something hidden on that one.

By Foetracer build, I mean one for DPS (since it gives 4x surges)
How much discipline can you achieve on your build? I have 100 resilience and 100 int, but only 60 discipline. Why should int take precedence over discipline if the nade is our only source of resto? Let’s say we completely waste a nade and now have a longer cooldown to get it back when we could’ve just spec’d into it more. What are your thoughts on this? Just picking your brain 🤓

You should do an aeon swift void hunter build. It's much better in endgame content than normal stuff. I've been working on one and so far have this:
Deadfall, jump of choice, snare bomb, vortex grenade, vanishing step, and trapper's ambush.
Echo of Persistence, Echo of cessation, echo of starvation, and echo of obscurity.
Use sect of insight on the gauntlets to generate ammo for teammates. Then you can have your teammates focus fire on eiltes or bosses before you go invis and finish them. This will spawn ammo for your team at a low risk due to the invisibility. You can also throw on a finisher mod like proximity ward or special ammo finisher for more bonuses. Finally if you pair this with two cenotaphs in gms, you can have infinite ammo for everyone. There's probably a way to make this build better, but it's pretty fun and powerful.

I mean... not really a celestial nighthawk build though is it? It's a great solar generalist build, don't get me wrong, but I really thought you would've fed in more with the ignitions or super fragments. Not to mention weapon wise wouldn't something like sunshot (overused, i know) or skyburners oath be better since you're running more scorch stacks and class ability on scorch? Hell, devils ruin might actually be the play because of the massive energy ticks for your super the beam gives you
with Wish Keeper now Abeyant Leap Titian build may be really good for just crowd control suspending everything
