    Men?
    Is there some reason why women shouldn't do this exercise?
    Is the kettleball too much extra resistance above just body weight resistance?
    I would obviously start with no weight and then add it later if my strength permitted. But maybe unweighted is the limit for women? I've never done a get-up (don't enjoy floor work in general), but I'm intrigued by this all-over body exercise.
