    yeah i really don't get why it would be embarrassing in the first place, its like being worried you look silly while lifting weights or jogging xD.

    wats the point of this exersize?

  • @robeeri
    @robeeri 15 років тому

    u know thats true, but the goal in the long run is to greatly improve ur stamina and physical condition by using exercises and work outs as warm ups prior to technical training. clearly it is physically demanding but thats the whole point of training isnt it?

    @parkourwayoflife There's actually a video of Ilibaca saying "I love looking peculiar- because when people come up and look at me like they're confused, I have an opportunity to tell them why I do this, and what my goals are."
    Parkour is our gospel- look for an opportunity to preach it.

    @xenonnati ur right
    but the problem is
    that people knows what is lifting weights and jogging
    but they dont know what is parkour
    at least here is Egypt
    they think im crazy every time i practice
    ^_^

    It looked too difficult for most people to be of any use as a warmup. Regardless of your level, a warmup shouldn't be challenging like that.

    embarrassing ? who the hell cares how you look its a lot better then doing 100 squats, its a really great exercise routine.
    if your worried that it looks silly then try to get a friend to join in.
    me and some friends did this same routine in a park the other day
    after like 5 minutes people around saying shit didn't bother us at all.

    Parkour is ALL about training like that! You can't do Parkour well without conditioning! And if you're embarrassed to do it... Well sorry.. I guess you'll never advance...
