Only 1 person had a faster run split than Anne Haug.
Magnus Ditlev.
She out ran every other MPRO.
Mind blowing.
Futher evidence that women and men shouldn't compete in separate divisions. If women can be that fast they can't possibly be at a genetic disadvantage big enough to pretend separation in division is justified. The average man is at a much, much, much, much, much... bigger disadvantage than her yet he has to compete against the best. People should stop pretending a woman deserves more credit than a man for these accomplishments ❤😊.
Pound for pound, she's the best runner in the sport by miles.
Super impressive results 🤯
I got cramps only by watching Magnus getting off the podium. Maybe lower the steps hydraulically after the celebration or something 😄
I was cycling behind Anne when she ran back from the canal into Roth and I have never seen anyone run like this. She was like the terminator. My garmin was showing 20km/h on the downhill right behind her. Mindblowing
That's some going! That must have been cool to see 🙌
Tri-spy I think it’s James with a wig in that vintage triathlon video you made a while back. 😂
Mark's favorite expression, "if I'm honest".
He does say it a lot... to be honest
Is there a reason you no longer show the full picture in the tri spy game after the reveal? It just leaves us guessing about the full picture 😕
Tri-spy: Tom Bishop!! Cool 80s haircut!
Loved you talked about Ed ❤
I have a feeling the battle between Anne and Lucy in Nice this time will be won by Anne. It seems age is doing absolutely nothing to her! If anything, she's getting better.
Nice
It's so impressive! Roll on Nice 👀
fun fact about Anne Haug's run: the only faster run in the race was from Ditlev
Tri spy - Tom Bishop! Nice guy drank some beer with him in Roth at the party on monday
@GTN Please check your audio. Every show, there's different levels for intro, hosts, videos. There's constant buzzing in the background, a lot of room noise (+ please swap the creaking chair), and random deep sounds (sounds like a fan running in the background or noise from other rooms) in the right ear.

Try Spy - Mitch docker 😂
What did you make of this historic moment? 🥳
I make that Roth is becoming a bit gimmicky. It's always been fast, but with all that they allow/reward/encourage/manufacture, it's a bit harder to care more this year than last. Just kinda meh.
Surely I’m not the only one that finds racing for near 24hours just as amazing as finishing it in 7?
Try Spy T.Bishop
Your Tri Spy is very easy, 😁, it's Tom Bishop :-) .
Tom Bish 👌🏼
Tri-spy guest is Tom Bishop all day long
Tri Spy is Martina Navratilova 😊
Try Spy - Ells Visser
Did he say when I won here 12 years ago? I am Googling my head off here.

Its an exciting time to be into triathlon! The pros fitness just keeps going up and up. Im wondering who will first break 2.30 marathon in the full ??
Patrick Lange
@@jimjamthebananaman1 very true. He got very close was it last year?? It'd be unreal to see him break it!
Also, imagine the fitness it requires to go 2.30 for a marathon after a swim and 180km bike. So many people will never get near 2.30 in a stand alone marathon, never mind having done a swim and bike before it. I honestly don't think most people in the world can grasp the endurance that takes
It certainly is a fun time to get into the sport 🙌
Tri spy- Thomas Bishop!
On a course where the bike constantly comes up short.
178,4 km and 1500 meters of elevation. Say hello to Hamburg, or Florida, or Barcelona, or Cozumel. Roth is definetly NOT flat, try it yourself and you will be blown away how slow the course really is if you are not on top of the game and can push the rolling hills.
I spy first time IM Tom Bishop crushing Roth #trispy
Tri Spy Thomas Bishop.
High air pressure means higher density which would hurt bike splits, not help them.
correct, air density this day was 1,164 kg/m³
this is quite high and not very fast at all + 2 hours of rain
I would so appreciate it if your editors could check audio levels. The intro is just so much louder than mark
Audio seems very amateur overall, constant buzzing in the background, room noise, random deep sounds in the right ear
Why not show the full picture of the previous tri spy?
Tom Bishop
Tri spy: Mathis Margier 😅
Tri Spy Thomas Bischop
Tri Spy, Tom Bishop 💇🏼
It’s Tom Bishop and that one was too easy
Was Ditlev not 2 minutes behind Blummenfelt record?
There was a strong current when Blumenfelt broke that record therefore it is not considered to be an actual record
@@BorntoberolledGuinness book of world records show his record still stands…
@@jimjamthebananaman1 as I said, it is usually not regarded as the fastest time because of the current during the swim. His swim time in Cozumel was 39 minutes, while his bike and his run where both slower compared to Magnus time in Roth. That race in Cozumel is not comparable to a usual long distance triathlon.
And Roth comes up short so should that be excluded from claim world record times.
I think whilst Cozumel is current assisted, Blummenfelt still had to deal with a very wet bike leg which would have slowed him down and the Mexican heat/humidity on the run. The record still stands, and it was his first ever full distance.

It would be interesting to hear what it costs to send an athlete to the Olympics. If British Athletics foots the bill then surely they are doing the right thing by not allowing athletes to go if they stand no chance of winning. The money they would have spent can surely be put to better use. And, I may be wrong! What are your thoughts?
That's a really interesting idea! Maybe we can do a video on it? 🎬
The whole system with nomination from the national associations is wrong. If a athlete gets the norm time for the olympics, he should be in, no matter what. And those who don't, get their slots according to national or international rankings, which must be independent from associations. Everything else is coercion, political issues and other things that have nothing to do with sports. Talk wrong about some officials, or take your human rights by not wearing masks or getting vaccinated and bäm you are out. Doesn't work this way
thats easy, the person on the photo is clearly david hasselhoff at age 16 🥸
