  • A quick video showing our LYSON Honey Bottler with Mini Turntable (W204013) in operation.
The machine must be calibrated to each variety of honey as they will have different viscosities and slightly different weights.
A variance of +/- 3 grams is expected between each pour.
We always pour a little extra in our jars - this is just our personal preference.
Let us know if you have any questions.

Good evening and some late commentary. A fantastic addition to our operations that we set up last weekend. With regard to the comment in the video about needing to adjust the computer for accurate dispensing measurements, in the menu there are parameters, P3 and P4 possibly, that when adjusted subtract or add to the coefficient that the bottler uses to dispense accurate amounts of honey that matches the display amount. The adjustment will depend on the viscosity of the honey I imagine. Furthermore, the video states that they have the turntable speed at low. If you do turn it all the way down the table will not turn. It took me awhile to understand that it wasn’t broken, I had just turned it off by putting it on the lowest setting. Finally, as mentioned in one of the other comments, to ensure that the bottle is perfectly lined up underneath the dispenser, you will need to adjust the arm with the micro switch, toward or way from the table by small amounts of movement, so that when the bottle is in the right position it will start dispensing the honey. If you put the table into “service mode” it will deactivate the dispenser and allow you to place with the micro switch arm to ensure that you have optimum placement of the bottle. I’ve asked Lyson to amend and add to their instruction manual so that the setup is minimal and add to the over all great experience of a great machine. Cheers.

We are setting up our bottler today. Where should the micro switch be for it to fill the jar? Thanks

Hi. It will take trial and error to place the switch where you need it for your jars. Different shape jars will require a different angle. You just need the sensor to stop the table so that the jar is directly under the nozzle. I do this using the yellow switch on the turntable as this option lets you check the positioning without any honey being pumped through the system. Once you have the switch in the best position for you, make sure you tighten and secure it in place. The switch should move the jars as they go past, the switch should not move as the jars go past. Hope this helps!
