Should I have gone to university?
I think about this question often as I'm now in a job that doesn't require a degree at all. In fact, some of the best recruiters I know don't have degrees. But still, I would answer this question with a "yes".
So, did you go to university? Was it worth it? Or would you have done things differently?

Education and professional development aside, the personal development gained during such a crucial period of our lives is where university really shines! Saying that, I think there is potentially more opportunity/alternatives these days, so I can definitely understand why some may be on the fence!

All the information you could ever need is online for free. So anyone could learn the information given to them during a degree. But you're right, there's so much more to university than the knowledge it contains.

I appreciated the structure of university. In fact, I think I needed that structure and the push from professors at the time to do well and commit to projects. I’m grateful for the experience.
