Thats ridiculous. MSM mediia didn't want promote Du Yushengs win not because it was grainy at all. It was just discrimination against him because he was from China.. And until now people in the West still trying to cope with his long world record. So what if he was lucky? You think Max Park was also not lucky to get 3.13? Funny when China guy wins it is lucky but when an American wins it's skill? LMAO. Du Yusheng had so much discrimination against him . Even stupid UA-cambers tried to mock him when his YS3M came out with a card in the ys3m box had his face and world record on. Du's world record was official. No need try minimize it.

Your point on his grainy footage preventing more publicity might be a little weak, because it might have been more widely spread throughout China instead of the Western world. (And China's community is thriving) And besides, Du's record only made people wildly practice more, so I feel that the top 10 averages today would be slightly slower without his 3.47.
