A particularly clear explaination of the foundations of mindfulness. Delson goes into more detail than he ever has on the aggregates and how to let them go.
A complete guide to the meditation the way the Buddha taught:

Satu, satu, satu. Thank you for this. 😁❤️🙏
This is excellent listening to it for second time and getting even more out of it this time.
When you said “treat every moment as being fresh as if seeing it for the first time’.
And I then looked at the room I was in and it made me smile and feel lighter. And just happy about what I was seeing even though I’ve see it everyday. I’m really grasping all this now. What mindfulness is about and how important it is.
Thank you 🙏
Thanks for nice dhamma teaching
Beautiful teachings.

Sādhu sādhu sādhu
Please give subtital in English and hindi, to all your lecture,
I like to know what book is he reading from? That book is huge!
These are the suttas. Middle Length Sayings translated by Bhikkhu Bodhi
Dear Delson, How would you practice the core of the sathipattana, such as Aathapi, sampajaano, sathima, vineyya loke abhijjaa domanassa and the body as body, the feening as feeling, the mind as mind the mind object as mind object. ? Would you be able to explain this phrase one day ,please. 🙏🙏🙏
Delson explains this in the talk he did on Satipatthana Sutta ua-cam.com/video/Qsca19F9ags/v-deo.html
The definition of the word "sati" here is very unusual .
Its root meaning doesn't necessarily mean the usage of words, generally speaking.
" Remembering how attention goes one to one " ?
When we notice/are aware of something , our attention is in the present objects , not in the world of memory .
I can not understand Delson's explanation (=his teacher Bhante Vimalaramsi's).
The memory part isn't dwelling in memory but just remembering to pay attention. Paying attention is the one that should be emphasized. One needs to be mindful to pay attention and then pay attention. Its just a matter of what to put the emphasis on don't you think?
