      The amount of insulin released again depends upon how much energy the food we eat has… Jekar total energy per day same hai ta and meals 5 ne ta per meal calorie asi ghat lavange, insulin v ona hi ghat release hovega… The Law aOf Thermodynamics will always stand

      Yes Calorie deficit and adequate amount of protein intake is very much essential for fat loss. Now read its (protein X) label and than compare it with whey protein da label... calorie protein da zameen asmaan da fark a.. obviously whey protein de vich jada protein di amount a rather than protin x. price vise v whey sasta painda a je amount of protein dekhiye ik scoop vich.. protin x de ik 25 gm ch sirf 8 gm protein hunda a.. te je scoop kadd k dekho ta oh v 25 gm ton ta bohat chotta hunda a... te whey da scoop ghato ghat 25gm to laike 35 gm takk da hunda a and ik scoop ch 22-27 gm protein hunda a.. coming to calories, protin x de 25 gm ch 131 de around calories hundia ne and whey protein de ik scoop ch 100-135 calories hundia ne.. which means k mostly calories protein hundia ne whey protein vich.. te protin x de vich je 131 calories ne te protein amount 8gm a, ta that means k 8x4= 32 calories protein dia ne te baaki 100 calorie carbohydrates te fats ton ne.. kall parso ik hor client nu v ehi gall das reha si main..
      HUN TUSI SOCH SAKDE HO KE EH PROTEIN DA NAAM LAA K TUSI ENSURE NI KAR SAKDE V OS PRODUCT CH PROTEIN HOUGA HI K NAHI.. Tuhanu aap nu knowledge honi bohat jaruri hai so that tusi ohna nu question kar sako...

      Just to keep our systems running, our Body burns a lot of calories called NEAT or Non exercise activity thermogenesis
      NEAT burns almost triple calories as compared to any exercise a person normally does…
      In short calories burnt during an exercise which our smart watches show don’t have a meaningful impact on our weight loss results if your diet is not dialed in first

      It's a cumbersome process to extract good amount of solely Whey Protein at home, So usually done in factories
