Great to see ya back! The guitarist was a "guest" (Tim Renwick) on the Pulse concert tour by Pink Floyd. He did an amazing job and gave lead guitarist/lead vocalist David Gilmour a break ;)
if you want to hear an amazin g guitare you must hear and you will never forget :-) : David Gilmour - The Strat Pack: Live in Concert - 50th Fender Anniversary (2004) - 4K Remastered
Agreed! Gilmour is one of the first to admit he doesn't like to play fast or try to reach 'impossible' chords on his guitar, so no surprise that he doesn't share the same inflated ego problems of most lead guitar players.. David Gilmour just does his thing and without all the flash, he has a signature guitar style that everyone can identify as soon as he plays a few notes.
Imagine how cool that must have been to do that guitar solo with DAVID GILMOUR playing backup. Not too many ever had that experience. Loved the reaction.
I'm so appreciative of your genuine reactions. You pause for copyright which is totally understandable. It's amazing how much fun I have watching your reaction videos. Welcome back! You look well which is also great to see!
I know it’s difficult to tune out what’s going on in the world, but for your own sanity you have to lift yourself up occasionally with beautiful music like this and others! Good job ❤
I am flying to NC on Wednesday. And, just like every time I have flown, I will be playing this as we turn onto the runway. Such an amazing song and I always imagine my shadow fly across the clouds.
Pink Floyd is one of those bands that is just as good or better live. Seen them a few times and it was always a show that is etched in my memory. The cool thing about Pink Floyd is you don't just listen you experience their music.
Thank you for coming back to entertain us with your reactions, we missed you very much. The voices that we hear between the last two verses are in fact the communications between Nick Mason (drummer) and Control Tower in preparation for takeoff.
Happy and glad to see you back Rogue. Great choices thus far. I’m enjoying it. Hope you are too! You’re so right, we do need this kind of music to lift us up, to right us when the world is upside down. Here for it!
SO GREAT TO SEE YOU BACK!!! I never unsubscribed...and rewatched some of the videos you reacted to 2 years ago from time to time - hoping you would return. Looking forward to seeing, and hearing more.
It's truly fantastic to see you back. You're one of my very favorite "reactors" and, fankly, I've been a bit worred about you since your sudden disappearance. I love your sensitivity and the way you can truly feel the music . Thanks for much!
The background singers didn't always travel overseas, so they were constantly changing. But once they were excepted by the band, they would get called up time after time.
It was always the same 3 on the PULSE tour, which is great because all three are fantastic. There was a little variation during the Delicate Sound Of Thunder tour. Durham McBroom and Rachel Fury were at every show, Margaret Taylor was on one leg of the tour, while Lorelei McBroom was on another leg of the tour. I imagine it was due to either visa issues or prior commitments. There were also one off shows where the backup dingers were different but they contracted separately than proper tours.
Welcome back RR, so good to see your smiling face again. I think the word you were looking for when describing the background singers contribution is ethereal, although angelic works as well 😇
Glad you are back! Your eclectic choices in music to review are always a delight. Any video from Pink Floyd's Division Bell tour is a great choice. When I saw them on that tour, it was the greatest concert experience I have ever had. Thank you. 😀
Cherish the comments Rogue. We ALL missed you so much! So happy to see you back, smiling, jamming, relaxing, groovin', and just giving us the best reactions out here. Take care, and keep on keeping on!
Hey girl, so good to hear your inputs, Dave Gilmour is a good pilot, isn’t he? One of his more reflective pieces. I will always remember what a privilege it was seeing Pink Floyd live… feels like a lifetime ago. Big, warm hugs to you… awesome to hear your insights again 🙌
Saw Pink Floyd on division bell tour in Kansas City Arrowhead stadium , standing room only , they had three shows I got to see them the second night. They did a 3 hour set and no opening act, fireworks finale. They had a locomotive train hauling their generators for their power needs, KC couldn't handle the power drain. Great show.
It’s been a while! I’ve always loved your Pink Floyd reactions. David Gilmour is without a doubt the guitar God on this stage. And the one singing lead. But in this Pulse show, he was completely comfortable and humble enough to let Tim Renwick (longer hair) do the lead guitar on this. Same with Another Brick in the Wall 2. I think it’s because he’s got fast fingers, and is a masterful guitarist in his own right. David was happy to take single fiddle on the guitar on this, which speaks a lot to the dude he is. Tim’s guitar doesn’t bring tears to my eyes in the way David’s does, but his energy is just right on this.
Missed you girl! Hope everything was good for you since we saw you last. This is one of Pink Floyd's best songs glad you kept your good taste. Keep'em coming!
Good to see you back Rogue-you are one of the few that takes music to your soul-as a long time fan of Floyd-there are are a few less notable songs in their repertoire-this is one of them for me but still amazing❤
So glad to see you smiling again - it lights up your whole face!! As always, loving the Pink Floyd. May I suggest their track Echoes - live from Pompei (1970) - all 24 amazing minutes. A true epic that will amaze you on so many levels...
I do love your reactions. Honest, emotional, unique. I too much rather enjoy live performances. It doesn't hurt that you're also a pleasure to watch and are so easy on the eyes.
It was interesting how the main soloist in this live version was NOT David Gilmore..... but wow, was he also great! Was it Tim Renwick, by any chance ? Anyone able to confirm that ? Thanks @RogueRxyce for another fun shared 'Pink Floyd journey'...
Additional staff on The Division Bell Tour: Guy Pratt - bass, lead vocals on "Comfortably Numb" and "Run Like Hell", backing vocals Jon Carin - keyboards, lead vocals on “Comfortably Numb” and “Hey You”, backing vocals Gary Wallis - percussion, additional drums Tim Renwick - guitars, backing vocals Dick Parry - saxophones Sam Brown - Claudia Fontaine - Durga McBroom - backing vocals, lead vocals on "The Great Gig in the Sky"
Gilmour was always known for his guitar more than lyrics but I've always felt that he really hit his stride with this one, between the metaphorical, evocative words & how he managed to rhyme without rhyming with the TH in "I thought I'd thought of everything."
By checking your channel, it seems you have not yet reacted to „High Hopes“. A must from the Pulse Concert, very melancholic and with a killer solo by David Gilmore in the end. Another great Gilmore special is „Keep Talking“, where he uses a talkbox for the solo, in which he feeds the sound of his guitar via a tube through his mouth. (I can‘t explain it, you have to watch it!)
I'm so happy you're back. Seeing how much you love music and your beautiful smile and soul makes the world a better place. Anyone asked you to listen to "hi ren" ? One of the best songs i've ever heard. Love you ❤
So great to see the coolest music reaction girl on You Tube back (as a former 70s hippie I’ve always thought you would have been one cool hippie chick if you were with us back then). Floyd is never a bad choice. Since you’re such a fan of guitar, may I suggest Green Grass And High Tides by the Outlaws, a nearly ten minute song that features two outstanding guitar solos (there’s even a 23 minute live version). These guys really lit it up in concert and at times it was like dueling guitars on stage. You WILL love it, and once again, welcome back.
fun fact 6 year before the show one of the chorist had a solo one hit wonder , her name is sam brown and the song is STOP! in this video sam brown is the blond chorist
Great to see ya back! The guitarist was a "guest" (Tim Renwick) on the Pulse concert tour by Pink Floyd. He did an amazing job and gave lead guitarist/lead vocalist David Gilmour a break ;)
It's a measure of Gilmour's lack of big star ego that he actually gives over the solo to Tim, he does it on Brick In The Wall Part II as well.
Tim's lead work on Al Stewarts's "Lord Grenville" is sublime.
When people talk about an underrated or unsung musician - he's a prime example.

Tim Renwick is truly the unsung hero of this song. One of mankind’s greatest achievements is in the second solo.
Love his work with Al Stewart too.
Imagine how cool that must have been to do that guitar solo with DAVID GILMOUR playing backup. Not too many ever had that experience. Loved the reaction.
i just think it shows Davids true generous spirit, as one of the greatest soloists of all time to invite someone else on stage to show their talents
I'm so appreciative of your genuine reactions. You pause for copyright which is totally understandable. It's amazing how much fun I have watching your reaction videos. Welcome back! You look well which is also great to see!
Pink Floyd is the most amazing rabbit hole to go down in music. Kick back and enjoy the ride.
If you enjoy David Gilmour solos, maybe listen to Sorrow from the Pulse Concert.
The FULL UNCUT VERSION!!!
I know it’s difficult to tune out what’s going on in the world, but for your own sanity you have to lift yourself up occasionally with beautiful music like this and others! Good job ❤
so glad to see you back at it
The athletic drummer is called Gary Wallace. Among other things he has been the musical director for Tom Jones and drummer for Mike and the Mechanics.
The right name is Gary Wallis.
cool note Thanks*
From the same Pink Floyd Pulse Concert, check out SORROW and also RUN LIKE HELL.
So glad you put this out there. I'd forgotten how much I enjoy this song
Am so glad Pink Flyod was one of your 1st reactions back. I know how David's solos would almost bring tears to your eyes.
Stay Strong my Friend
They are just so damn great.
Love your energy and I always love watching you enjoying music I have always held in high regard.
Good to have you back. I enjoyed having coffee with you, listening to my favorite band, Pink Floyd.
So great to have you back and reacting to Pink Floyd! You can never go wrong listening to them. Peace and love to you!

Always love all your videos and reactions.
Thanks for coming back!
Peace and Love to you Sweetie!
Glad someone has finally recognized how kick ass that percussionist's performance is; total energy.
Oh Yeah! Timeless lyrics timeless music.
Love the way you don't over analyse the music but just feel it and enjoy it. Thinking about it will drive you insane!
You are back!!!! I'm so glad. You make me appreciate the music that I've heard so many times, that we forget it's impact. Thank you.
Good to see you back again! Truly missed your reactions. Peace, love and joy be with you.

You’re back! I’m so glad! I love your reactions. I was about to rewatch your Pink Floyd reaction to On the Turning Away and here you are with more! 😊

We have missed you and I think you have missed the music, you seem more like yourself , its good to see.
When it comes to Guitars and vibes, Pink Floyd is the best in the business. The name of the other lead guitarist is Tim Renwick
I love Pink Floyd, thank you for showing us!

Love your reactions. Keep them coming.
My favorite Pink Floyd song. I saw them play this live at the Cleveland Stadium. Momentary lapse of Reason tour. Luanne would have loved this.
Tim Renwick is sooooo under rated.
So glad to see you baack!!
I have missed your posts. Glad to have you back.
So glad you're back!!!❤❤❤
Good to see you back. I hope you've been well.

So glad you're back!
