Sony A7s3 vs Canon R5 & R6 - A common enthusiast's opinions

I would be lying if I said all those Camera announcements didn't tempt me. #SonyA7S3, #CanonR5 and #CanonR6.
But it would be too late if I waited to try them so instead, I trusted other UA-camr's reviews. But I am still confused :D
Here I am sharing my humble opinions about those cameras, hope you will enjoy them.
