Chocolate cake recipe with cream cappuccino!
INGREDIENTS
FOR THE CAKE
2 eggs (at room temperature)
80 g of vegetable oil
125 g of wheat flour
25 g of cocoa
80 g sour cream 18% (at room temperature)
60 ml strong coffee (lukewarm)
90 g of sugar
1 teaspoons vanilla extract
½ teaspoon of baking powder
½ teaspoon of baking soda
3 tbsp warm water
2 tbsp instant cappuccino powder
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp gelatin powder
FOR THE CREAM
300 g of cream 30% (well chilled)
200g mascarpone (well chilled)
5 tablespoons of powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
120 grams milk chocolate, melted.
2 tbsp warm cream
2 tbsp chopped peanuts
