Preheat your oven to 170° C / 340° F
For cake
6 egg yolks, room temperature
30g sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
60g milk , room temperature
60g vegetable oil
45g flour
30g cocoa powder
6 egg whites, room temperature
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cream of tartar
90g sugar
For whipping cream
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
200 gram whipping cream
For whipping cream cheese
400 gram cream cheese,unsalted (mascarpone)
300 gram whipping cream
2-3 tablespoon powdered sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
For topping
80 gram milk chocolate,melted
50 gram hot cream 33%
1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
30 gram your favorite nut,chopped
