I just went to interstellar in austin last weekend and it knocked my socks off. I don’t get blown away really anymore with bbq I’m pretty critical even tho I love it all but man interstellar was something else

Unfortunately the last 3 times I went to stiles switch it was waaay overpriced and not very good. At least the spot in cedar Park is anyways

I do prefer Texas BBQ, not a fan of the super sweet BBQ sauces .. Texas keeps that Savory flavor for the most part

Terry Blacks brisket was mad dry when I tried it both in Dallas and Austin. Tasted good, just dry
Franklins is better. Except the long lines and bland sides. The barbecue is better at franks
