Did he have mange? His hind quarters look a bit patchy, but hard to tell. I give our foxes a little 2/10 ML ivermectin in hard boiled egg when they have mange. (Just have to make sure keep the ivermectin away from dogs).

Rusty is eating raw ground beef blended with beef heart, beef kidney, and bone meal. We never feed veggies or fruit, only raw meats.

My guess is that they're trying to feed him what's best for him, he's their pet though so no need to prioritize
