Did he have mange? His hind quarters look a bit patchy, but hard to tell. I give our foxes a little 2/10 ML ivermectin in hard boiled egg when they have mange. (Just have to make sure keep the ivermectin away from dogs).

Rusty is eating raw ground beef blended with beef heart, beef kidney, and bone meal. We never feed veggies or fruit, only raw meats.
+PittGalleyWench Is that healthy? Foxes are mesocarnivores. Their natural diet is 50-70% meat, with fruits and other plants thrown in. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mesocarnivore
They eat fruit and vegetables as well though.
My guess is that they're trying to feed him what's best for him, he's their pet though so no need to prioritize
