Best tip I ever got was to have only 3 things you HAVE to do by the end of the day. They can be as big and small as you like, but as someone with mental health issues it helps me feel productive and positive at the end of the day. Some days it is just get dressed, go for a walk and have a bath, other days it's do my work, organise my desk and cook a healthy meal.
If I meditate after waking up, I sleep back probably 😂😂

On meditation: I listen to Louis Hay's Morning & Evening Meditation and it helps me start and end my day with a peaceful mind frame. If I have early appointments I listen to the morning meditation while prepping and putting on makeup... makes me feel beautiful inside and out.

Silence All sticky notes can't really stick on the wall so I think it's kinda impossible for Ann's sticky notes to not fall out, unless she used glue.
the package said it was extra sticky so I think it maybe a new collection of post-it

My brain is non-functional for about an hour after I wake up. So a notebook for brain dump would be completely useless to me. I need something to get my brain to start working more quickly when I wake up.

I can only do my Me Time when my kid is at school. I wake up, jump off from bed, go to the kitchen and cook breakfast and prepare my husband's and daughter's lunches. You have a son, right? You're so lucky not to do the things a mom does every morning.. how I wish I have that freedom.
+Ems Rochvercp Oh yes, I know what you mean. Luckily Vincent is old enough to prepare his own breakfast now. I taught him how to cook some simple dishes and now he prepares his own breakfast. 😉
