    Ok. Nonetheless, wlaking (mild exercise) doesn't probably burn Glycogen. Instead, burn more FFA madam!. Suggest them, walk with 50-60% target heart rate zone is effective for sedentary people. To know target heart rate zone is effective, refer karvonen's formula.

To check the load of your exercise, calculate accurate target heart rate zone around 60-70% as per Karvonen's formula. Purchase one simple watch which would reflect heart rate.... google it for more information
