Your pace is something to aim for. Some things I have no trouble keeping up with but when I can’t I slow down so I can stay the course. You keep reminding us to go to the pace that suits our bodies, and it’s good that you do. Great and welcome advice when it is hard. You don’t feel a failure, just the desire to do better each time. I turned 70 this month and want to always keep up with your healthy exercises.
Thanks so much for your great feedback, Barbara. I create various levels and want people to find the ones that suit them best. I'm glad the gentle and beginner ones are working well for you. When the intermediate ones get uploaded, please don't feel you need to do those. I purposely create different levels so they work for different people. I'm happy to know you enjoy the workouts and are getting stronger.

I wasn't expecting this much challenge but I welcomed it. The video flew by and it helps make turning 69 this year less scary. Thank you!! I had so much fun!
This is my first time trying Tabata. Great workout video! I will be doing more of them for sure! The pace is difficult at times, but still doable! Thank you!

I would love to get my workouts 'out there' more to seniors around the world. I often see frail seniors anywhere I go and I always think, if only they exercised! I know it isn't easy but life for seniors would be drastically different if they exercised. Anyway, I shall just keep trying to get my videos out there. I plan to create a poster soon and will post it on my Facebook account. I am hoping viewers might be interested in putting the posters up to inform others in their buildings about my channel. If people know they are free, they might be inclined to try them:) And it's okay that you didn't do a lot of the squats...I really want viewers to go at their pace and it sounds like you did just that...which is perfect.
Hi Jules, I started my day with you and I am ending my Monday with you. Like seriously...there absolutely nothing going on now in my life until tomorrow. This was such a wonderful 30 minute Tabata session. Your workouts are just so complete and they are exactly how I want to feel after my workout is done. Like in the morning I want to feel energized for the day ahead...in the evening it's a calm down/cool down for the full that had been. Oh my goodness Jules, you have a gift and I just feel so blessed to have found you. I don't know why this took so long but yeah I am so beyond thrilled and feeling blessed that I did 🤗 Have a wonderful evening 🌆and thank you for making mine.
Oh wow, thank you so much, Mala. I don’t even know how to respond to your comment. Thank you so much for expressing how you feel. I am thrilled that you are enjoying these workouts. Thank you!!! 🙏

I just subscribed to see what else you offer for fitness level. Like you said, "progress, not perfection." THANK YOU!!
Welcome to my channel, Lilly and thank you for letting me know that you're new here. Just to help you navigate the channel, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all into the playlists. If you enjoyed this one, you can find plenty more at this same level under the 'gentle level' playlists. I also started a second channel dedicated to chair workouts and will add the link for you here: youtube.com/@ImprovedHealthChairWorkouts I now upload all new seated workouts to the new channel. A lot of people who do the standing workouts often use the seated stretching routines on both channels. I hope you enjoy more of the workouts when you try them out!

A huge congratulations for being here today, Lesley!!! I truly hope you continue to come back every day...it might be a 10 minute walk or longer like this one, but whatever it is, I hope you return. I started a 2 minute movement challenge and posted it to my website a few weeks ago which might help. There is also a post about inspiring seniors which I hope might inspire you, too. Gorgeous you and excellent workout. I really appreciate your very clear instructions in the very beginning of the workouts. It is helpful for every person specially for those who are new to your channel. Not only seniors people of any age can take benefit of it. Sometimes when I am working out my two and a half year old grandson starts dancing and copying me because your choice of music is great and workout becomes fun due to great music vocal or instrumental. O my my…. this two round workout was very energetic and awesome. Thanks for that and stay blessed Jules❤️

This was a great workout! I made it closer to intermediate by continuing the move through the 10 second rests, which made it more of a steady state workout for me. I appreciated the stretch at the end, too Thanks!
Thank you for your excellent work. The music is also very good. I like instrumental music. The counter on the bottom right is now clearly visible. Thank you very much for this training.👍💛
Hello Jules: Great start of the week thanks to you again. I have to skip the weight because I can't move my arms fast enough holding them. That's ok. I don't have to be perfect. Nice new poster.

Slowing down and focusing on form sounds like the perfect thing to do. Thanks for letting me know that you enjoyed the message at the end:)
What should I say? What a great workout for me! Your instructions are super clear on board together with your demonstrations that were easy to follow! I love the cooldown and stretches at the end. As usual, the music is good 👍 Thanks Jules!🥰
We did this one for the first time today. What a great workout!! Of course I couldn’t go your speed on the squats, nor kick as high as you, but I did it as fast as I was able. This one will definitely be in our rotation. Thanks for striving to put out more content, and create new moves and combos.
Day 1, really enjoyed it, not sure how my arms are going to feel tomorrow. 3.15 mins you said focus on how you feel during the stretch.....all I could think of was how did I let myself and my body get like this ? Very sad..but as you said I'm fitter than yesterday.......sincerely thank you ❤️
It is definitely easy to forget about taking care of our bodies...but, you are here and making that change. So, it's now just about moving forward! Congrats for being here, Lesley! One day at a time.

This was shorter than the last Tabata but still very powerful!! I had barely started before my heart was pounding and my body sweating. Loved it! Thank goodness (and you) for the breaks and the stretches at the end felt so good. Thanks Jules for another great workout!
Thank you Jules for this workout. Now that there is a break in the heat I was able to do this one. I enjoyed it and I'm glad it included the weights. Now I will be able to try the one you posted last week. I have no AC so last week was strength and flexibility workouts.
It's been a hot couple of weeks with no a/c so I can understand not doing some of the longer cardio workouts. I'm glad this one worked well for you today.
So, ‘fess up…for that second set of squats/sit to stands…you had it on fast forward right? Just kidding…you are amazingly fit and probably quite a bit younger than me. I tried to keep up, but I distinctly heard my knees say “Who are you kidding? I will cooperate, but not at that pace!” So I listened to my knees. And at the end, where you say “take a moment to think of how you felt about your workout”, I thought about how much I enjoy your workouts. I always feel more energized afterwards.
I am so glad to read that you went at your own pace...that's perfect. I'll keep my speed in mind when I do this in the future, Doris. Thank you for letting me know that you found it fast. Also, thanks so much for letting me know how much you're enjoying the workouts. I truly appreciate reading that. Thank you! 🥰
@@ImprovedHealth you don’t have to change a thing. You counsel us to always listen to our bodies and go at our own pace, be that faster or slower. I paid attention. 😊
Hey Jules, love this video and do it every other day. But just wanted to let you know, I shared this video and two others, with my friend. She works at the polls with me as democrat and me republicans. She has a weight issue, and diabetes, plus she walks with a cane do to leg injury. Hopefully your videos will help her. Since I’ve been doing this one no more back pain. Also my scoliosis seems better, straighter. Thanks, and God Bless. Looking to try some of the dancing ones as well.
Thanks so much for sharing the videos, Cheryl! I definitely appreciate that and I am looking forward to hearing about her progress. I am thrilled to read about the progress you are having...no more back pain definitely made me smile. It's amazing what regular exercise can do, especially when strengthening exercises are included. Kudos to you for being consistent with exercise to see these changes in your body!
I saw that you had a Tabata workout. I had to look up Tabata since I was not familiar with it. However, my husband and I want to increase our endurance, since we are planning some long hikes on our planned trip to Glacier National Park. Loved this intro to Tabata. Will definitely be including it in my rotation. I have been celebrating Elvis' birthday by doing workouts with Elvis music, so I just muted the cool-down and stretch section and had Alexa play Elvis. Is there an order that you recommend for the tabata workouts? I started with this one since it said "absolute beginners". Thanks!
I only have 3 Tabata workouts. You chose the perfect one to start. You could try either of the other two when you feel ready to do so. Just slow the pace if you need to:)
Thank you!

Of course I couldn’t go your speed on the squats, nor kick as high as you, but I did it as fast as I was able. This one will definitely be in our rotation.
Thanks for striving to put out more content, and create new moves and combos.
I’m so glad you went at your own pace, Mary. Congrats for giving this one a try! I’m glad that you enjoyed it.😄
Loved this workout Jules and the music for stretching was awesome.❤❤❤
Thanks for that feedback, Margaret. I switched to a new music provider for a month and I have to say I like the relaxing music options.
Thank you! That was great!
Thank you!!!
Just discovered you today - thank you!!!
Welcome to my channel and thank you for letting me know that you're new here! Just to help you navigate the channel, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all into the playlists. If you enjoyed this one, you can find plenty more at this same level under the 'gentle level' playlists. I hope you enjoy more of the workouts when you try them out.
Great intro to Tabata
Thanks Karen!
Excellent: many thanks.
Hi Jules: another amazing workout. This is fun but very challenging. I really enjoyed this workout. 😅
Thank you for the feedback, George. I'll think about a more gentle one at some point in the future.
This was shorter than the last Tabata but still very powerful!! I had barely started before my heart was pounding and my body sweating. Loved it! Thank goodness (and you) for the breaks and the stretches at the end felt so good. Thanks Jules for another great workout!
It is amazing how a lot of time isn't needed for a good, effective calorie burn workout:)
Wonderful to do at the end of a day sitting at my computer - thank you
Thanks so much, Pam. 🤗
Great workout!
Thanks Rhonda!
Done!
Woo hoo!
👍👍👍
Thanks jules that was grate class
Btw, I was curious about Glacier National Park so I just looked it up…looks beautiful! I love that you are training now to get ready for the trip.
@@ImprovedHealth Glacier National Park has been on our bucket list, we can't wait to go!
I really like your leggings! Great workout. 🎉
Thank you!!!
Very beautiful ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Ah-mazing! I have been a slug--there, I admitted it. I shake like a bowl full of jelly, for real! This felt SO good, thank you! Thank me! 😊❤
Kudos to you for doing it!
This workout made me sweat more to the point where my scalp was sweaty as well. For this workout, I really had to punch myself - great workout.
Thanks for letting me know that you enjoyed it.
Gracias jules. 🇦🇷💖💪🦵🥵
De nada. ❤️
