They on some BS bringing up Tebow. What NCAA title or award has Bronny won? How good was Bronny really in HS? Tebow's achievements earned him a shot in the NFL and somehow the man won NFL games despite playing a position that he wasn't suited for at that level. Now they doing BS to get clicks.

This is an absolutely absurd comparison. Tim Tebow was one of the best college players of all time. He could’ve had a very long career in the NFL if he would have just accepted a Taysom Hill type of role.

No the truth is NBA media coverage is trash because they focus so heavily on one player in an attempt to convince you he’s as great as MJ. The NFL does a way better job at promoting their entire product. The NBA is very WWE like nowadays. ESPN/NBA force feed you Lebron instead of promoting their younger talent Anthony Edwards, Tatum,Ja etc. only Lebron fans want to hear about that dude 24/7 and many fans have LBJ fatigue and can’t wait for dude to retire.

Tebow was all time great in college. Even his one year in Denver he took over a 1-3 team and got them to the playoffs where they actually won a game. Then he never got a chance to start again. Wasn't really something you could easily recreate it was a lot of clutch 4th quarter comebacks after looking horrible for 3 quarters. 😆

Tebow's passing wasn't nearly as good as his legs, but guess what? He still was able to win before he flamed out. Bronny wasn't a top player in high school. Bronny had no collegiate career. Bronny has a medical condition that nearly took his life just last year. Yet, y'all got the freakin' nerve to compare him to a Heisman winning QB that won NFL games despite playing a position that he wasn't suited for at that level?

All transparency, haven't listened yet, but Rob brought this up last week and the very obvious difference is Tebow was a college football legend and had an NFL career, bringing him in for a position change isn't at all the same as Bronny.

I don't think this comparison is fair to Tebow at all, regardless of how badly he fared in Jacksonville. He failed in his NFL comeback because he tried to play a position where he barely played any meaningful snaps in his career, 10 years removed from his last NFL game. Despite that, he was a 2x BCS National Champion, a Heisman winner, and AP's College Player of the Year. Bronny will never have that level of success coming out of college, and the jury is still out on whether he can even be a journeyman or a competent role player in the NBA. This is a totally different situation.
Tebow could player in college, but anybody with football sense could tell Tebow was not going to be a legit starter in the NFL. That playoff loss to NE showed that.

Let's keep this simple! Tim Tebow had merit and is arguably one of the greatest College Football Players in history who was drafted into the NFL based on merit! Tebow got his team to the damn playoffs as the leading man. Bronny James in the NBA was drafted based not on basketball merit but his father wanted him in the league as a part of his life goals. Comparable to Tewbow coverage with regard to baseball is on point. But to Tewbow coverage in the NFL. No. He did win one national championship (hilarious how he was a bit player to Chris Leak, yet gets credit as star of two national championships).
