As an African American woman, I have been brutally discriminated, bullied and tormented by Hispanics workers. Many of them teamed up and treated me so harsh because they wanted to keep the jobs for other Hispanics. They called me horrible names in Spanish. Sadly, society thinks that blacks do not want to work but this is not the case. Blacks who are also trying to make a living are being pushed out of the workplace. I used to see a lot of black construction workers, but now I see mainly Hispanic workers. In many businesses, you see so many Hispanics and the lack of black workers. It would be nice if someone will talk about this particular type of racism. Thanks for the content.

Sista is not lying frfr. We built this country, we had even more job titles then construction. We were in everything including entertainment.

We can document every incident all we want but at the end of the day those people in high places know other people in high places who, should you dare to speak up, will blackball you and make sure you are never employed ever again, at least not in a certain geographical area. Just my experience.

Only workspace discrimination I personally got was from "Social Clicks" between workers and managers. I worked with other ethnicities and races over the years but not long enough to encounter major problems. Mostly because we worked on short term projects.

It is a matter of WHO is harrassed, not how is the person harrassed. A 40 y.o. white male cannot be harrassed in any way. A 20 y.o. black girl is a victim from the start, even before day 1 at work, she was victim. We all know that, but we ll just do as if we dont know.....

Same here,There’s no doubt crypto is the key to future wealth, with my current profit of $89,000 made from my investment with Mrs Laura Jane trading platform I’m totally convinced, she’s the best trading broker I have worked with and her strategies are so easy to adapt, she’s such a blessing to me especially in this current dip 😍
