Hey first of all you are doing a great job! ❤. I wanted to ask you about my current situation where I am studying interior design 5th sem but I am not really interested in it. I want to do fashion styling. So can you please suggest me about quitting it now and going for fashion styling or continuing interior design and get a degree and then do fashion styling? but i want your guidance here .
ive been pursuing B.Des FC from amiry noida and its been 1 year now im in 3rd sem rn and i scored 8.05 cgpa in first year .
i want to be a stylist but i dont think amity could help me get anywhere so i was thinking to do something on my own .
i was thinking about getting internships as a assistant stylist . but i dont know how and where to apply for it or what to do . i dont have anything to put on my cv/ resume / portfolio yet . so should i do a styling course first ? a diploma or certificate course or something?

Yes
In Fashion styling you can either opt for diploma, which is usually from 6-9 months long ..or you can also opt for short certification course that is usually of 3-4 months

Hi Sakshi .. If you are a graduate and want to pursue Fashion styling then you can do PG in Fashion Styling. I would recommend Instituto Marangoni Mumbai for Pg in Fashion Styling ..also if you wish you can do 6 months diploma course from FAD INTERNATIONAL Mumbai/Pune.
