There was an art teacher in my middle school who collected anything and everything branded _SpongeBob._ She kept her entire collection in her classroom. One of the entire walls was covered with stuff. I vividly remember her having this device in one of her display cabinets, and she said it was one of her favorite things in the collection. Having said all that, this video brought back memories I forgot I had.

Fun Fact for those few who don't know or don't remember:
That radio is actually a reference to that one scene from the series, and is supposed to look as creepy as it does.
I don't remember what the episode was called exactly, but I do remember that it was the one where Mrs. Puff (Driving School Teacher / so called "Boating School" Teacher) gave SpongeBob his driver's license, despite him not having passed the test, as she is frustrated of him getting her injured all the time.
SpongeBobs' parents bought him his very own car (/ boat).
Mrs Puff doesn't want to risk herself going to jail (as she is responsible for every accident he'd inevitably get himself into, as he is a danger on the road!), so she attempts to steal his new car.
SpongeBob (who slept in his backseat) notices this, so they end up struggling on the frontseat, and a bunch of cartoon gags and injuries later, SpongeBob disguises himself as the radio while she thought that she'd successfully tossed him off the driving vehicle.
SpongeBob jumpscares Mrs Puff, as he creepily crawls out of the radio shaft like a Zombie crawling out of a ventilation shaft, leading to SpongeBob beating her up with his fists immediately afterwards.
So TLDR, this one is actually supposed to look creepy as hell and was done on purpose, as an Hommage to the episode. Should be part of the first season I think, however, I am not entirely certain about it anymore.

I can't give you much more than a "trust me bro", but it definitely gave me the vibe of spongebob battling Mr.s Puff in his car.
Regardless, it wouldn't be the first time that Nickelodeon made a product out of a throwaway gag that only happened in one single episode.
For example, I distinctly remember that, back when we still lived in Munich, it was like 2008 (I only mention both time and location because they either stopped selling the product after we moved, or they just never sold it outside of big cities to begin with - - -)
- I distinctly remember that they actually sold Spongebob Ice-Sticks with an Orangejuice-Flavor. All with the Nickelodeon Branding and Spongebob on the plastic packaging.
Remember the episode where they sorta ripped off the olympic games? When Spongebob and Patrick had partaken in a bunch of contests against each other, as a means to win the gold medal for either Mr. Krabs or Plankton respectively.
That Episode had spongebob jump into a deep frier, and he turned himself into an icecream with almonds all over his skin, and he also put two icecream sticks into his head.
[FYI, before the scene ended, Patrick jumped down that same tower and turned himself into strawberry icecream with chocolate sauce on top. Patrick derped the landing however, leading to another throwaway gag where he fried the audience, leading to the hot-dog fish announcing that he'd sell fish fingers (again, translating back from the german dub on this one using a dictionary, don't know what the dish is called in english and the english dub)]
Well, the reallife Ice Cream that the Ice Cream Stands offered to us kids obviously weren't that fancy, it was your run of the mill IceCream-Stick, BUT, they did at least make sure that the Ice had a rectangle-ish shape, and had two sticks popping out of it. It was very far from a perfect resemblance of what's been seen on the show, but it was still unique enough to vaguely hint at the episode. I mean, who else sells rectangle shaped icecream with two sticks popping out of it.
I obviously don't got any photos of that Icecream (and since youtube comment sections usually block links of all sorts, I couldn't really share them here even if I had them. Same goes for the episode with that radio)
How accurate my memory may or may not be is up to you to decide I guess.
Not only is that a massive stretch, but what makes you think this company who cheaper out on every single part of this would put any effort into trying to make it accurate to some random obscure moment from the show?

Funny story actually. Hit a bump really hard one time in my friends car and the song playing on the USB drive skipped. We both though it was weird as hell as the thing didnt actually disconnect from the head unit.
Same thing happened with my fake GooPhone i7. (Yes, a clone of a clone)
Almost the same with my Sandisk pendrive, The difference is that it was skipping sectors of data, without any ingerention, it was working fine for storing data, but it wasn't capable of continious data streaming to my audio and i couldn't boot anything from it
