If you listen to the song the first minutes, you got the impression it is about an extreme S/M relationship, because Till is telling what he does to another person and this other person loves him for that. But as always with Rammstein, there is more. The key are the lyrics in the calm part of the song:
You are the ship, I am the the captain,
where should this journey go?
I see your face in the mirror,
you love me because I don't love you.
I hurt you, I don't feel sorry about it,
it's good for you, hear him scream!
So, the song is all about HIMSLEF and perhaps a fight within. This one line changes it all: is he really hurting himself, perhaps as a result of a psychic disorder? Or is it more metaphoric, like an inner fight with another part of his personality? Much room for interpretation, brilliant writing!
If you ever get lucky enough to see them live DO IT they are the greatest live band on earth 🌎. Seen them twice live best shows I've ever seen
Buy those tickets is impossible, I was in the clock for the Prague one (yes I was determined to fly to Prague) and the sale was over really fast, and let's not talk about Mexico those were sold with in minutes
I've seen them live six times now. I have also met them at Download 2013, have their autographs in a framed picture and I'm in the process of getting each member interpreted as a South Park character and his respective autograph as tattoos on my right arm. So far I have Till and his autograph, Paul, Richard and Christoph. Next on the list is the aforementioned three autographs and the hat Paul wears during Völkerball on his character. I will post some photos of them all in an album on my Google Photos and will post a link to it here presently.
Last saw them at Milton Keynes Bowl in 2019, can't wait to see them agsin

If Americans want to see Rammstein live in stadiums, 2022 could perhaps be their last chance to see them live in America. Ramstein shows are a gigantic life time experience you will never see again. Rammstein members are nearly 60 years old and there are always rumors that they will stop soon. Rammstein need every time 70 trucks and 400 people around one stadium show. The time to build the stage is one week. Therfore they have two stages. Always hauling all the equipment to America is a huge logistical and expensive task

I think this concert will be worth ANY price. My ticket was something like $100, but I'm thinking of getting one for the Freuer Zone for $400! I mean... just imagine being there, not only SEEING it all, but FEELING the heat of the flames! Holy shit, Batman! JUST DO IT!
I have 8 tickets to see 4 shows with my wife 😁 Driving Minneapolis, Chicago, Philadelphia and LA by car. NOW IS THE TIME.
That's why i got Tickets for Nijmegen. I still can shop there without wearing a useless napkin and the concert is in a park which i prefer more like stadiums. The sound will be better without the reflections.

regarding your comment about understanding every language, from an English speaking perspective, I get it since it's a language that is internationally used and for the most part, the only language english speakers use and expect others to use when they travel, however, as it's not my first language, I really enjoy listening to music from other countries and not understand what it means. You can often look up the lyrics to understand what is being said and hearing other languages is so much fun in my opinion and these languages have been around for thousands of years as well, with their own cultural backgrounds.

Flake wears the glittery part after being showered with glittery pyro particles from above by Til while he is lying in the bathtub. He gets into the tub with "normal clothes" (if they exist at all with Rammstein)😂and comes out again in this costume. Flake himself says that if he wears this glittery thing the rest of the show, the whole group gives him a wide berth backstage after the concert because he stinks like a goat in that plastic suit.
