I am the hugest Toto fan, and have been a lover of their music for almost 4 decades. This, as we all know, is equally their most iconic song, and you need big cojones to do this one justice. Their are so many components of the song that can trip you up, from the synchronising of the keyboard/horn vamps, the guitar parts including that amazing solo, and the most iconic drum groove. Jeff set the bar astronomically high on this one. I only usually smile when I hear Toto do this song, but I smiled from ear to ear listening to this cover. There is so much to love about this version. Right off the bat, the simple intro right into that half time shuffle brings the largest smile. and from there on the hits just keep coming. The vocals are spot on and Jordan covering the Bobby Kimball higher register lines is perfect. But the special addition of Glenn's harmonies adds an extra dimension never previously heard, and it is bloody great!! Daniel's guitar parts are spot on and the solo plays homage to Luke's original melody, but he adds enough individuality to make it his own. Very nice. And even better that he is using a 'Luke' Music Man guitar. Love it. If i was to comment on every component of the arrangement, i would be here for hours. Sings better than the original recordings.
@@Utopia12341 It's an epic recording. For sure. I hope this band together with Foxes and Fossils and two other bands will do a worldwide broadcast during Christmas. I bet the whole world would tune in.
@@FransvandenBergeMuziekschuur Add Leonid and Friends into the mix and you got pretty good coverage of the '70s-'80s. Might need an America-like cover group for the early '70s acoustic folk-rock, as well as a harder-rock cover band, too.
@@thebordernow Foxes & Fossils.
Back for my daily view..absolutely incredible. Running out of superlatives! Masterpiece!! ❤❤❤❤❤
Saw HSCC at Alexandra hills, QLD on August 11th 2024 with my wife and absolutely loved it. Standing room mainly but didn't matter as we were on our feet all concert bopping away. Loved it so much that we would certainly go see them again.
Back there again December 15 😀😀
@@theHindleyStreetCountryClub Awesome
Ben Todd is incredible. Hats off also to Dave Ross on the mix-you have become comfortable with your own “sound” and no longer have to worry about any comparisons to anyone else. Fantastic work.
Fantastic mate. Dave’s mixes are album quality. Not a jingle template that’s for sure. I’ve said this since day one. Thank you Doc 🙏
@@theHindleyStreetCountryClub Jingle. Ouch
Danny Lopresto has the voice - sexy, strong, soulful! He has such a young voice, he'll be singing forever! Thank you to the entire band. EXCELLENT
That singer in all black onnthe left, he's got a Bono vibe with a Chester Bennington-ish look. He sounds similar to Chester in some spots. That's no disrespect intended. Its a good thing. My guy in the middle, hitting the high notes.... incredibly talented vocalist. And he's probably a natural, too.
And as always, kudos to thd drummer for hitting the beat Im still trying to hit at 43 yeats old. 😂 I CAN'T DO IT!
These covers are fantastic. I have a full playlist of them, and they're on my gym rotation in my ear buds.
One of the best bands covering toto I've ever heard.thr drummer knocked it out of the park. Well done folks.!!!!!
That one handed 32nd note shuffle is legend. Really good job drummer!
Tremendo
Wow
Amazing harmony and lead voices!
Absolutely flawless performance. Well done people. Flawless Porcaro shuffle. The drums are what makes this song and certainly this groove is the spine that everything else works off. Bravo to HSCC. Always doing the 80’s proud and representing for Gen X.
Este vocal, Danny Lopresto e um monstro, canta demais!!!!
Liquid gold voices! Perfect pitch, terrific instrumentals! Nailed every second! Flawless and amazingly brilliant! Bravo! TY for sharing. Love all that each of you do. Inspirational in this crazy $#% world right now.
You've given us hope and moments to make us smile, warm our hearts, fill our souls and bring peace and happiness w in ourselves and towards one another. I pray I get to see you live very soon. Please tour as much and as far as you can. The world ADORES you!❤
Everyone of all colors, ages, ethnicities etc. Can relate and enjoy each performance you do! We all need this! Thank you so much.
We all miss this good clean music! Bringing it all back baby! Kudos!❤

@@theHindleyStreetCountryClub You my friends are LIFE! 🥰
Solid as a rock guys.....
Toto's music is for the few capable of understanding the sensitivity of his unique groove. HSCC more than measures up. What a combination of talent and love for music!
Holy moley!!! Exceptional cover in every aspect. But OMG!! Ben, you are an amazing drummer. So fluid smooth and effortless with impeccable timing. You really do inspire me mate :)
Absolutely amazing. I closed my eyes on purpose to listen, and couldn’t tell a difference between you guys & Toto. Steve Lukather, Joe Williams, & David Paich , I think would love this version. Thanks for posting.
no auto tune, live and beautiful
Excelent! Jeff Porcaro will be proud!
Plus hats off to the drummer for pulling of that really tricky beat, and the guitar solo WOW!
I was always taught if your going to do something do it properly ....Well done gang FANTASTIC rendition of Rosanna
Best cover of Rosanna i have ever seen!! Even better than some of the live performances of Toto. And that is saying something! Fantastic performance of all the musicians who make it look so easy. But to make it sound this good and everything right is very hard. Vocals are outstanding guitar solo spot on and drums and keyboards also spot on. Love the brass section. Keep going and would love to see a gig! Best regards Norman.
The joy that comes from knowing that you and everyone around you is just killin' it
You couldn't get this band any tighter with a torque wrench. Had a big smile on my face the whole time!
Joy. That's what is on display right here folks. Take note of the facial expressions of everyone in this band. They are in a world of their own and know each are playing a most spectacular piece in a grand orchestra. We are so fortunate to get a glimpse into their world. Every muscian had an A game take and we got a gift with this performance.
HSCC... THE GOAT COVER BAND. LOVE U GUYS FM PH.
This is the best cover band in the world. No doubt. This is one of the best ensembles in the world. World class musicians all. I hate that original players of these songs are dieing off or forced to quit. I'm glad you all can do so much so flawless!
One listen isn't enough. Have to come back for some more. Like to hear Africa next.
When you really love some songs you figure you'll never hear them as well as the original artists did them.
With HSCC the song is always as good or better than the original.
Plus - You guys have excellent taste in songs
Thanks for posting!
Comon guys really! Wow! And Luke would tip his hat to that awesome guitar work. Bravo!
unbelievable - these guys come from another musical galaxy ... far far away. may the force be with you
