    "Hello! I'm celebrating 10 months on the carnivore diet, which has helped me overcome cravings and become incredibly strong! I now thrive in a fasted state, crush it at the gym, and enjoy massive ribeye steaks (2-3 pounds!). Wishing you all the best on your health journeys & UA-cam channels! I'm still a big kid at 51, loving life doing cannonballing…love the carnivore community.

    Just had a tech out to the house who was obese, having trouble breathing and complaining that his Crohn’s disease was bad. He said that his niece told him to ditch sugar, but that there was no way in hell he would ever do that. Wants more disability from VA instead of changing his diet. So much suffering and expense for that sugar addiction. Tough to watch

    Yesterday, our internet crashed all over Texas right in the middle of this vid. Finished watching this morning (07.10.24) The synergy that develops between two carnivores who have returned from the edge of poor physical and mental health to feeling 20 years younger, is powerful and nothing short of miraculous! Great reminder about Dr. Berry "this is how all people your age SHOULD feel!" I start every day when my feet hit the floor saying "Thank you, Lord for another day and another chance to get it right. Let's go!" So grateful to you both for this collaboration. Keep on truckin', friends!

    New youtuber here. I just recently found your alls channel, and have been thoroughly enjoying the vids. My husband and I have been doing dirty carnivore for 4 yrs now and the results have been astounding. We have had so many benefits. We are getting ready to do BBBE and post at the end of each week our results. I was blown away about your video recently regarding your irregular heart beat. That is truly AMAZING! Besides all of the ailments we used to have (and it was a LOT) we have had some crazy things happen for us as well. I no longer burn in the sun when being out for long periods of time. Our hair is growing back thicker and returning to its natural color. I will be 51 this year and only have a literal couple frizzy strands of gray. Husbands beard was almost completely grey and its coming back to regular color. Thanks for sharing your experiences.

    I quit grains 5 months ago, aiming to be on carnivore 100%. But I have never been a meat person, never enjoyed it, never craved it. Not easy. I still eat dairy and about 6 tea spoons of sugar daily, with my black teas. Not doing well, and have to restrict myself. So grateful for video like this one, pure inspiration. Happy for you finding your way of healing. For some reason, this particular video was an emotional one for me. God bless.

      Yikes! 6 teaspoons of sugar? Make your changes in small steps for everything else, but cut out all that added sugar! Maybe find something else to drink for a while? Or maybe find some flavorful herbal teas and add lemon? But cut out ALL added sugar and you’ll be doing so much better.

    • @debbiedogs1
      @debbiedogs1 16 годин тому

      Hopefully there is some animal meat you can imagine eating - whether fish of some type, or chicken or something! I didn’t like meat typically,but figured I could do chicken and maybe some steak sometimes or whatever. With chicken you need more fat, and I have found that I enjoy chicken with avocado, also have made chicken with a "sauce" of sour cream and butter and cream cheese". Or even chicken with just butter, quite amazing.
      Also bacon - which I RARELY ate because I was vegetarian for so many years - has become a favorite! Being satiated has helped me greatly most of the time, and I am learning that some cravings for foods with carbs or sugar mean my body is telling me I have a need for whatever those foods I crave are high in, so that has been a learning experience.
      As far as beef (I dont enjoy lamb, but often have pork ribs now), I tried a few things and found that I actually prefer ground beef and stew beef, not steaks so much! And ground beef with grated aged cheese is what I sometimes have, delicious to me now.
      Just keep thinking about how tondo it for YOU and try some things. Good health is WORTH it, so when I stray I get back on track more quickly now than when I first started about 4 months ago.
      Good luck with trying to refine and switch more and more.

    Hi Kerry. The first carnivore video I ever watched 5 month ago was one on your channel about yourself. I started carnivore shortly after. My bowel was totally messed up. Chronic pain with pain in the whole lower back. Cramps, bloody thin stools, anything very bad. For years. Back pain was so bad. Sciatic pain, that I couldn't walk for days, even weeks. I had bad Brainfog, cfs, such depression, chronic pains everywhere, had poor sleep. I weight in a 280 pounds. I'm at 228 pounds now. My gut feels so so much better! My back feels like a new one! Had back pain for nearly 30 years! I'm 47 now and I'm starting to feel like 18 again. I dreamed of that, but I didn't know, it's possible 😂 I am so grateful, so many things got better. No more depression, I can sleep really good! I thank God and my lord Jesus Christ every day. I can't praise and thank enough. All the love to the lord. He made it happen. He answered all my prayers and blessed me. So bless you Kerry, and thank you from the bottom of my heart. Continue to tell the great success storys. It's so inspiring to watch your videos.

    Wow I’m so glad I caught this episode. I’m on day 24 Carnivore, and I have a lot of the same leg issues . I’m still pain but it’s getting better . Thank you for the fasting info . I did not know how important fasting is for healing.
    I use to eat mostly vegetarian without being one. Reason being is because I was over weight.
    I would juice and cleanse . Eat salads to loose weight . Many days no protein . An occasional protein shake . In my life I have had a few falls and slips and injuries. Those injuries were not healed by healthy eating . I see that now .
    1:04:47 I would do The Master Cleanse after a fall . The last cleanse I did just wiped me out . I lost all my skeletal muscles in my legs especially my quads and my hip pain was unbearable. My first bad injury was right before Covid was getting strict and the following month we are in lock down . So I did my own therapy at home . What I did not do was eat meat ! I thought I was doing good for my body but instead I was loosing my muscle . My prayers have been answered because I’m finally feeling better and able to walk a little more . Thank you again . Sincerely, Angelica

    First I fast often and I always notice a big loss of energy on days I eat.
    I have an additional piece of fatty beef that I find pretty versatile and that is brisket. When I want to just cook the whole thing I put in the suis vide machine. I made the machine out of a large ice chest and a regular immersive suis vide heater. I do forty eight hours in the suis vide and then four hours in the smoker with salt as the only seasoning. I slice it up and vacuum seal the slices in individual bags., provides food for a long time.
    The second thing I do is grind the entire brisket into burger, you end up with 60/40 to 50/50 meat to fat ratio and I really like the result, which is really fatty burger.

    I’m glad there are more people being health conscious and finding this real way of healing and eating, Im on my 4th yr carnivore including the yrs I was pregnant. Now i have 2 kids of 4 and 2 yrs old , they are ketovores. They just eat meat and fish most of the times, except in the morning during school days that they have to bring morning snack in school because that’s how the school system works, it really sucks😢. But yeah they are super healthy and always active, no mood swings nor crying just because of food that never happened and I think it will never do. Potty training for them was super easy, when I say easy, like literally easy. My first child stopped using diaper at 2.3yrs old and did it in 1 day all perfect that we were so amazed comparing to other kids and never peed on his bed sleeping. My 2nd child stopped using diaper at 2.5 yrs old and it took us a little time like 2 weeks only and after that all perfect like her brother. They just love meat and fish😂.

      Thank you for sharing that, Katherine. Please be patient. I learned that it took a long time for us to get to our current state of (un)health. The proper human diet really is! Please stick with it. Also, many people report that, even though many people can eat cheese and milk, it OFTEN prevents them from losing weight! Also, no artificial sweeteners, diet drinks, etc. Eat meat, be patient, and know that you're not in this alone! :-) NOTE: if you're on any medications, just double-check the side effects. My sister wasn't losing on carnivore, then I suggested she read the side effects on her prescriptions. Sure enough, a side effect of several was "weight gain". That's okay. Just keep eating BBB&E - Beef, Butter, Bacon, and Eggs!!! You CAN do this!

    22:00 @Micheal Find out what time the butcher department opens, call them as soon as they open and ask to "order" beef fat trimmings (I order 3-4 pounds per week) and give them several hours to prepare it, then you just have to run and pick it up. 👍👏👍👏
    I cut it up into cube size pieces, and divide them into 6oz portions and freeze what I'm not using immediately.

      -mimijacobson:
      In the beginning you should eat until full, 3 times a day. Do that for a week. You may not want to eat after that, it's ok. Your body will fine. After the week, cut back for two meals a day. The whole time eat only steaks (or other beef meats), bacon, eggs, butter, some salt and water. Then, after two weeks or so, change the variety of food, include chicken or seafood, etc. Every body is different. Some people do well eating high fat lower protein, yet some do better lower fat and higher protein, like myself. Also, don't eat rendered fat - the fat from cooking a burger, for example. It may give you major heartburn or indigestion. Stick with butter, ghee and lard to mix in or accompany with your food.
      This process takes time. Don't rush it, and just enjoy eating without guilt.
      Oh...and pepper is fine to season meals.

Personally, I don’t think it’s long established edible plants that are main problem. I’m sure it’s the “factory carbs” and all the synthetic, mass-produced garbage. And, speaking as an avid meat and fish eater, humans are mainly naturally evolved Omnivores.

    I dont quite understand logic of the "fireman analogy". If cholesterol is the "fireman" to put out the fire (inflammation, etc)...sure, we dont blame the fireman...but if someone's cholesterol is going up on carnivore, doesn't that imply that carnivore is creating more "fires" that need to be put out?
    The cholesterol thing is my biggest reservation about doing heavy red meat, even though I do love a good ribeye. I still just dont know what the right answer is. What works best for me and my comfort level is ketovore with lots of fish and avocados.

    • @itsallperfectlynormal9805

      No. The body makes, uses and needs cholesterol. We've been lied to about cholesterol and heart health. Cholesterol is in our cell membranes, regulates hormones, is a carrier for fat soluble vitamins, bile salts used in digestion are made from cholesterol, it acts as an antioxidant, is needed for proper function of serotonin receptors in the brain, maintains the health of the intestinal wall. If you're a reader, i highly recommend Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon. I think that book came out in the 1980s, the height of the low fat movement. She was against that advice back then.
      Much of this information has been known since at least the 1800s, before the takeover of healthcare by profiteering pirates who do give a frack about your well being.

    • @mattg7977
      @mattg7977 2 дні тому

      @@itsallperfectlynormal9805 I get all that, but I still feel like the analogy is wrong. In this video that they say the analogy is that cholesterol is the fireman putting out the fire. So my thing is that wouldn't that imply the carnivore is causing more fires if more firemen (cholesterol) is being deployed if cholesterol shoots way up on carnivore?

    • @itsallperfectlynormal9805
      @itsallperfectlynormal9805 2 дні тому

      @mattg7977 the sugar burning body is a 5 alarm fire. The cholesterol being deployed all over the body to heal is to put out all the fires already burning. Over time, the inflammation, diabetes markers, brain fog etc diminishes and the body finds balance. Long term carnivore make adjustments, particularly to fat consumption, as they've healed their issues.
      Does that make more sense?

They call an ambulance but know that nothing will be done that is different from the last time they called. When Carnivoreat60 talked about his back pain, it brought back memories of a patient who was depressed and felt completely hopeless. He was going to the ER because of his pain, but the whole way there, all he talked about was how they treated him like a drug seeker. He killed himself 3 days after I transported him because he had no hope. I pray that this will give hope and healing to those who feel it is hopeless.

      Yes. IMHO: We (carnivores) are not professional actors. We're not memorizing a script. We are not used to talking to a camera or being interviewed, and we are certainly not used to sharing the most personal, and sometimes embarrassing details of our health journeys. Our stories are multifaceted and some parts happen simultaneously, so one thought triggers other memories. Over time our videos, interviews and presentations become a bit more polished simply by necessary repetition of telling our stories to new audiences. My 2 cents.
