Indeed. €1300 with a full tank of petrol. I bought one a year ago. She runs flawless. The YZF600R is probably one of the best 600cc bikes ever produced. Keeps up with "modern" machines with ease. A lot of guys asked to take her for a spin. That a no go!

155MPH with 600cc and old technology OMG. I had a FZR 600. I bought a digital speedo from ebay and the numbers used to jump straight up to 70MPH then 80 MPH then 90MPH so fast. I got 130MPH once easy.
Mooie rit, naast acceleraties vond ik op 4:00 het op 1 of andere manier wel het mooiste moment, hoe de zon langzaam naar rechts ging met de bocht. Hoeft uiteraard niet altijd hard te gaan om te kunnen genieten van motorrijden. Geluid van de motor uiteraard het mooist, maar AC/DC Shook Me All Night Long past er ook goed onder :)

you are probably referring to the FZR1000 - that's the real oil eater! The 600 FZR 4jh doesn't eat a single gram of oil if the valve seals are in good shape!
where are good places/ times to go fast? I want either a zzr1100/fzr1000 or maybe a 600R the difference I can see is that big bikes get to the topspeed much faster than this 600cc

ih8momjokes1 Peak power is at 10.5k. Watch the speedometer needle... the rate of acceleration is reduced after 11k. When acceleration is your aim, the perfect shifting point is very rarely right before red line. But hey, keep flogging shit out of your bike if you want to.
+A Bloke on a TRX It also could be the fact that it has dirty carbs. If you listen to the beginning before he rides of; the inline 4 sounds like it's only running on 3 cylinders. But then again before the r6 in 1998, yamaha made this bike with torque in mind so it's more powerful in kower rpms vs higher.
You dont stay in your powerbands thats why its different in riding an know how to ride your bikes in the powerband that it like to be revved at that rpm thats when you punch the hit throttle on that note an you will see

k heb vandaag een fazer 600 uit 2004 gekocht en ik ben 1.93. Zit gewoon goed, bij een R6 hang ik veel te veel op mn polsen.

fzr have tachometer with max 13000.. this goes exactly like yzf and looks the same

The 3HE (91 hp) will do 230 km/h, the 4JH has 98 hp.
BTW, 250 on the speedo should be just under 240 "real" km/h.
If your carbs are tuned perfectly this bike will go about real 260 km/h

check your carburators , mine was going 235+ but now it has some problems with the carburators and it only goes to max 225
