There was no hesitation with "Big T" sharing, Chris, and he did a great job with this one. So what did you mean by "trimmings?" There was lots of pink used!! ;-) Tim www.troutandfeather.com
Tim Cammisa thanks Tim I ordered pink CDC, light pink beads in multiple sizes to go with my Big T jig hooks I already have, pink/peach boo and pink ice dub... though I may do some with my shrimp pink UV...
Thanks for the comments, Scott, and Stephen shared a great one with us. I really appreciate the kind words, and Fina is a blessing! Tim www.troutandfeather.com
Cool to see Fina as a newborn after seeing her on fishing trips in the “baby backpack carrier.” That’s a really nice fly. Thanks for the CDC demo as I was having issues, and good tip about tying in maribou.
Thank you for the kind words, Francisco, and please send me some pictures of the fly and your catch! Email: tcammisa@gmail.com Thanks again! Tim www.troutandfeather.com
Thanks for commenting, Al, and there are lots of great materials to choose from. CDC is another recommended one and let me know how it works for you. Tim www.troutandfeather.com
congrats on the addition to your family!! have you ever tried these in sizes #10, #12, and #8 for blue gills and brook trout? i have and they work great from ice out to close of season in the fall
Hi James, and that's up to you. Like many Woolly Bugger patterns, the tier has the specific choice to rib the hackle. If doing so, I would recommend a fine wire or tippet. Tim www.troutandfeather.com
@@TimCammisa Tim honestly not sure but since I am frugal I do not waste my fluoro I use mono whenever I tie, be it for this pattern, czech nymphs or any pattern that I want to last longer.
Absolutely, Danny, and these micro buggers have been catching LOTS of fish over the last few years. Good luck with it, and I hope all is well with you! Tim www.troutandfeather.com
Just got some little streamer hooks and I was like hmmmmmm what am I gonna make with these little fellas?? ah a small wolly bugger!.... *see this.* * ***increase production rapidly ****
Ha ha, perfect choice, Mark! Good luck with them, and if you modify the pattern at all, be sure to let me know how: tcammisa@gmail.com Thanks! Tim www.troutandfeather.com
Big t is going to get one hell of influx in orders once people see this pattern. Looks like I’m going to be placing a order lol. Great looking bug and great video bud.
Thanks for checking, and the tungsten will help it sink, though the "hackle" will slow its descent. Unless a fish intercepts it first. Tim www.troutandfeather.com
Cheesy? Maybe a tad! That was the video that Stephen shared, and I got a kick out of it. My favorite part was watching Stephen hold the coffee mug, which I think was a play on how I've had one in so many of my videos! By the way, Davie McPhail is an exceptional tier and I'd be honored to feature him on my channel, too. Tim www.troutandfeather.com
Congratulations on your new addition many blessings and happiness to your family
Thanks so much!
Congratulations on the addition to the family! Family is a BLESSING!
Thanks, Tim, she will be turning 2 soon...it's tough to believe! I hope all is well. Tim www.troutandfeather.com
Awesome tie and Big T is the best... just ordered some pink trimmings... can't wait to tie these up!

Thanks for the comments, and the fish like it, too! Hope all is well with you. Tim www.troutandfeather.com
Great looking fly, congratulations Tim
Thanks, Dave, it's a winner! Tim www.troutandfeather.com
These clean up in deeper runs when Euronymphing
And in winter
Absolutely, thanks for mentioning that to help others. Tim www.troutandfeather.com
Tough to beat the color black in a Micro Bugger during the cold season! Tim www.troutandfeather.com
That was a good one! I've tied the micro buggers with soft turkey under feathers which looks really good but I will try different colors

Blessings to you and your loved ones.
Thanks, Peter, I appreciate the kind words. Same to you and yours. Tim www.troutandfeather.com
Thanks Tim, now go get some sleep because with that new baby you're going to need it. Keep the good stuff coming.
You got it, Johnny...the trick is getting her to sleep!! ;-). Hope all is well. Tim www.troutandfeather.com
Love the look of that one. Not ribbing the CDC? ...how durable is it?
Hi James, and that's up to you. Like many Woolly Bugger patterns, the tier has the specific choice to rib the hackle. If doing so, I would recommend a fine wire or tippet. Tim www.troutandfeather.com
Nice fly👍
Thanks! Have you tied them yet? Tim www.troutandfeather.com
Congratulations friend.
Thank you, Russell! Tim www.troutandfeather.com
one of the best patterns, I find that fish will destroy that cdc quickly so I counter wrap 5 x tippet to make the fly last longer.
Really smart idea, Nino, and thanks for the suggestion. Does it matter if you use mono or fluorocarbon? Tim www.troutandfeather.com
@@TimCammisa Tim honestly not sure but since I am frugal I do not waste my fluoro I use mono whenever I tie, be it for this pattern, czech nymphs or any pattern that I want to last longer.
Congratulations brother on the new little girl. Get a rod, reel in her hand and a seat in front of the vice asap
Congratulations!
Thank you! Tim www.troutandfeather.com
Nice pattern, my question, what do you catch with it most, mostly rainbows, what about browns, is there a difference in succes?
that looks like a great little bugger
Absolutely, Danny, and these micro buggers have been catching LOTS of fish over the last few years. Good luck with it, and I hope all is well with you! Tim www.troutandfeather.com
What’s the best place to get jig heads for flies

Thanks for the comments, Corey, and Big T really shared a winner with us this time. I hope all is well. Tim www.troutandfeather.com
Tim Cammisa all is well with me. Just getting to put the fly fishing gear away and get out the hunting gear and start chasing big bucks and bears
Mate you got a tungsten bead on it. Saddle hackle or CDC that will sink like a rocket😂
Thanks for checking, and the tungsten will help it sink, though the "hackle" will slow its descent. Unless a fish intercepts it first. Tim www.troutandfeather.com
That was cheesy I really thought you were going to have davey on the channel he’s the best

Ha ha, John! Call it what you want, it simply catches fish...and lots of them! Tim www.troutandfeather.com
Congratulations Tim!
