Hi Watched the video. Yes! I did enjoy it and thank you for taking the time to edit it. I really like the idea of using the dubbing instead of Antron body, also I think I’m going to do what you do with the flashabou. Do each side separately. Really like that way. Thanks really learned something from your video. All the best David
Thanks for the great tutorial. I'm new to euro fishing. Tying them is rewarding and educational...catching fish is a huge bonus. Amazing pattern, tight ljnes.
Great fly. Thanks for posting this video. I will be tying up this fly in various colors to try on big Bluegill and Shellcrackers here in Texas. U.S. Army, (ret)
Nice Tie Bud...great proven pattern!..may I suggest when dubbing your thread twist the dubbing clockwise on your thread...it will want to naturally tighten as you wrap your your body and create a tighter thinner noodle as you wrap. Looking forward to watching more of your stuff !
No reason specifically, some patterns I'll add tippet or xs wire to reinforce hackle, especially ones with longer abdomens. But IMO a smaller fly like this doesn't need it. If it catches me 1-2 fish, the fly has done it's job 🙌 But by all means, if you want to add tippet, go for it!
Hi Thomas, this specific pattern, yes, want to swim upside down and fish it with a jigging motion. However, you can definitely tie it on a standard hook and would pretty much be a small woolly bugger 🙌
Awesome bugger, when nothing is working I can always count on catching some fish with these types of flies. Thanks
Thx William, yeah this pattern has definitely saved me on some days! 🙌

Nice tie! Perfect little euro bug👌
It still works - caught a mess of rainbows out of Lake Granby with a brown version last weekend. Thanks for the idea!
Fantastic! man I love hearing positive follow ups and feedback. So happy this pattern is working for you!!!!

Nice tie, keep up the great work.
Love this pattern, downsizing your buggers is so effective in pressured water!
100%!!!
Could be really intersting to tie some with inverting tungsten beads to balance them. A near perfect dead sculpin
Great idea! 🙌
Very nice, clean pattern!
Thx Jon!!
Looks nice and inviting to those fussy ones. Thanks for sharing.
So nice of you

Heck yeah! That's what I like to hear. Tight lines my friend.
A very good video and a interesting fly👌. I will try this pattern on trout in Northern Sweden 👍👍👍
Ooohhhhh, lemme know if it's effective in Sweden! That would be cool to know.
@@TroutFreak Absolutely 👍
It was real "killer" but I practice C&R😁 It was dancing on the bottom perfectly 👌
That's amazing! Thx for following through. Hope you had a blast.
Very very nice! Going to make some
Please do!

Ha! Yeah I do know that but I just "naturally" dub the other way, and when I'm recording and narrating it just completely gets forgotten 🤣😂
Excellent, My Friend!
Thx Chuck!
Nice! Curious why you didn’t reinforce the hackle with wire or some other material. Thanks.

Great video! Thanks man!
🙌👊
Very nice.
I see your using Togen hooks & beads, how long did it take to get your order? Since they relocated the shipping to Alberta is extremely slow…
thank you..tight lines :)
You're welcome!
Sweet bugger. I'll give that a shot
It swims upside down? Do I need a jig hook or can I tie it on a standard nymph hook?
