So I just made this coffee this morning! Instead of sugar I used about 1/2 tsp of cinnamon and some organic vanilla extract. And I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Omg this was so good!! My new favorite way to make coffee! Thank you :)

Lol I love this video so much! Very calming. I am a Barista at Starbucks and I can testify that our drinks don't have to be unhealthy! Our water is 3 times filtered and we always use fresh beans and grind new ones every day.We create an environment that is flexible enough for those who take special care for their health; so we offer sugar free flavors (such as vanilla) and we also have stevia, raw sugar, and all the other variations of sugar as well as a variation of milks.(We're just a tad bit over priced, LOL) What Miss. Alba is doing is what we call a Pour Over coffee, which is one of the better ways of making coffee instead of drip-coffee (standard coffee machine). Also, using a french press is definitely a great option for really fresh coffee! I love this video and I definitely want to give it a shot at home. Love your videos so much !

This is almost exactly how I do it! I just don't blend the coffee and I only blend soy milk with a spoon of coconut milk and coconut sugar and maybe a dash of vanilla powder. perfection ever time!

This is legitimately how I make my coffee as well! Everything even down to the english toffee stevia drops. Sometimes I add cayenne, clove, and/or nutmeg. I had to limit my coffee intake to Tuesdays and Saturdays because my hair was falling out due to the depletion of inositol in my system. I still look forward to blending up these elixirs whenever I do treat myself! So yummy especially with the hot chocolate vibe :)

Star Light - lol the Chemex is so simple, traditional and easy to clean and maintain for years. I love it and since I got it in 2013 I never went back to the machines made of possibly aluminum and metals that are not good for our consumption. This clean glass option is a safer option I trust.
I love me my bulletproof coffee and I make it for my hubs as well and he loves it! I do 2tbs Keri gold butter, 1tbs coconut oil, 3 tbs heavy whipping cream, blend it up and garnish with cinnamon and cacao powder...I may have to try your version. Much love!😊

I made your coffee 3 times already. First time I did exactly as you do, except for the cocoa nibs and bullet proof oil. Second time I did with cold coconut milk (it is really hot in Hawaii), and the third time with peanut butter and I loved with peanut butter, since I made quit a bit, I use the rest of it to make a popsicle. I tried to make mine like this but with ground cafe bustelo coffee. It wasn't sweet enough for me so I added a few tsp of brown sugar. (In addition to the coconut sugar) Now it's perfect :) I'm not sure if it was because cafe bustelo has such a strong flavor...or because it's better when I add the sugar afterwards. Thank you for the recipe :) I didn't have coconut oil or bulletproof octane...but I plan to buy coconut oil on my next shopping trip.

I am sorry but this modified recipe with sugar is not healthy like you think it is. Original bulletproof tastes amazing without the sugar and is much healthier and better for you.

I love berkey which is why I featured it before. The only reason I dont have it is because I gave it to a family member who needed it as we were moving and my husband wanted to try this one because its the first ever countertop reverse osmosis filtration system. If I still had my berkey it wouldnt be necessary to buy this one, we just wanted to try it out because its an improvement from the others in the market thats all. but stay with your Berkey that's a very convenient clean filter that I still recommend!

Fazena Maragh - the washing part depends on your lifestyle for sure. Which is understandable. But keep in mind that all these items don't require washing. Only 2 of them do. The Chemex coffee drip does not need daily washing, also the coffee grinder is not meant to be washed (not necessary) its only used to grind dry coffee beans nothing liquid. So the only washing I do here is the mugs I used to drink my coffee and the blender but I usually I just rinse my blender right after coffee with water because my husband makes fruit/veggie smoothies about 1 hour later before heading out and by dinner time all dishes go into my dishwasher. That's it.
i dont go to starbucks often. 1. because its an expensive habit to go there daily. 2. i'm not into going to the same place all the time. i always get the caramel frappucino but now i get it made with coconut milk & no whipped cream.

That is a very unhealthy drink! I stopped drinking it once I found out that three pumps of white mocha is 63g of carbs!!
