      Khaula For a good skin always avoid alcoholic drinks or even non alcoholic such as pepsi etc. Also avoid Pig meat and focus more on Sea food. Focus on cleansing ur skin daily , drinking a good amount of water, having a beauty sleep of 7 to 8 hours and healthy well balanced food.

      I use a gentle cleanser to clean my face morning and night, and for the aloe vera juice I just pat it into my skin with my fingers. However I would recommend aloe vera gel over the juice because it's thicker and goes on easier :)

      Sadly some people are genetically disposed to having good skin with little to no major skin issues because I have seen some that use all natural products but their skin does not look close to this and some who have used products with chemicals and it looks exactly like this. People who are not genetically blessed will have to work twice as hard to have skin close to this

    Hey love, just wanted you to know in case you were unaware that you should not mix bentonite clay with a metal spoon or place it inside anything that has a metal lid or lining (like a canning jar) bentonite clay is fabulous for removing metals and other toxins from the body, when you mix bentonite with a metal spoon, the clay will leech onto metals in the spoon making the clay useless from that moment on. i just wanted to share that tid bit because it looks like you are stirring with a regular spoon and placing it in a jar with a metal lid. personally, I use a wooden spoon or a possible stick (I have a whole bag of them and then I just clean them and recycle them).

    I agree with the oils. they are amazing. I've been using castor oil as part of my skin routine (I don't use it every night though) and that cleared my acne and moisturized my face better than anything else I've used. Coconut oil I use as a deep conditioner along with several other essential oils and that has done wonders for my dry scalp. I am an oil lover forevaaa 💕

    Hi Alba. I vouch for the eyelash serum. I make a similar one but add more ingredients. Cold pressed castor oil, cold pressed sweet almond oil, coconut oil (I use it for everything!) and vitamin E liquid. Castor oil needs to make around half of the total volume or a bit more and the rest of the oils can be put in equal amounts. I use mascara tubes like yours. Only after 2 nights of using it my eyelashes were visibly better looking and after 7 nights they are just wow. Good to know you showed the trick to everyone!

    I have been using a lot of these for a few years and I can personally attest to their efficacy. I wouldn't start off trying to do everything at once. You can go to whole foods and get the tea tree soap for a really good price, make the ACV toner and use your regular water based moisturizer to moisturize and then work your way into incorporating some of the other things.

  • @luvmesumu2
    @luvmesumu2 8 років тому +30

    you guys you really only need castor oil to grow your hair, i know this video isn't about that, but i thought I would still inform those wondering. Also I love alba, but all yhese products are not mandatory. Get some tea tree oil, rosemary, and castor oil to keep clear skin, argan and rosehip is great for skin aswell (always Organic, unrefined, cold pressed and undiluted). Also find an all organic face wash, tons on etsy. and for face mask, use bentonite clay, rosemary oil and castor oil, great for skin.

    • @luvmesumu2
      @luvmesumu2 8 років тому

      That's all, i use bentonite clay mixed with castor oil, few drops of rosemary for a mask, makes me look like i hav makeup on. Also put a little tea tree oil mixed after to tone and tighten and keep bacteria away, and your favorite moisturizer preferably anything organic. And that's all perfect skin

    You are such a sweetheart!! Totally inspired me to move towards a nontoxic lifestyle. I now use aloe Vera, coconut oil, Argan oil, and castor oil on the daily! I've always had sparse eyebrows, so at night or if I'm chillin at home I use a similar concoction and put castor and Argan oil on these babies and they are really starting to grow out! Thanks for everything! 💗

      Have a great beauty collection and black soap $0.79. No artificial ingredients
      Useful in reliveing acne, clearing blemishes, bumps, and many other skin issues.
      Gives skin a deep clean, leaving it radiant and healthy.
      The same women who make black soap choose to use only black soap on their babies, as its purity makes it gentle and non-drying for babies’ sensitive skin.
      For centuries, Africans have used black soap to help relieve acne, oily skin, clear blemishes and various other skin issues.
      Many Africans swear by black soap for treating eczema and psoriasis.
      Women in Africa will use black soap during pregnancy and afterwards to keep them from getting stretch marks and to protect them from dry skin that is often accompanied by pregnancy.
      Black soap can also be used as a hair shampoo. The shea butter in the soap softens the hair, while the vitamins give it strength.

    Hey Alba. I found your channel a week or so ago and I already love them lol. I've been thinking about going natural with my skin care and I've thought about using African black soap as a facial (and body) cleanser. Idk if you've used it or not but if so, which type would you recommend: the liquid version or the bar soap.

    • @ItsNadNad
      @ItsNadNad 8 років тому +4

      I've never tried the liquid version, but i currently use the bar from a brand called Dudu Osun, and it's great!
      If you have under the skin bumps or acne, there is a purging process so you may see these spots coming to the surface but then they leave with persistent use of the soap; so you skin may get worse before it gets better.
      As it's in a bar form and with the lemon extract i believe it does dry out your skin a little, so it's perfect for oily skin but I always follow up with rose water as a natural toner and if you have dry skin just follow up with a potent moisturisers.
      On the whole, it leaves your skin so clean and helps fade acne scaring as well as even out skin tone!

    • @XRememberMexx
      @XRememberMexx 8 років тому +2

      +Nads I have the bar of soap and I have oily skin and I find it drying and stings my skin. should I keep using it?

    • @Mrs.AlbaRamos
      @Mrs.AlbaRamos  8 років тому +6

      I've tried both the liquid and bar soap of African black soap, they both work equally as effective to skin, but I think it comes down to what you believe is most convenient. I personally love the Alaffia liquid African black soap brand because I know it directly comes from Africa and is handmade. I buy the large liquid bottle which is like 30oz and use it on my body, face, and hair but mostly on my body and being in a bottle makes it more convenient to use and clean.

      You can use any oil, you want try out... but as you are a very young girl, your skin may not need it. When I had oily skin and some acne in my teens, I just used Tea-tree oil to make an end to the inflamed spots (a few dropps in a little spray bottle with clean water from a bottle, used it like a tonic after washing) and I used a little bit of aloe vera gel to reduce the redness in the morning. That was because my skin was so oily I didn´t need creme, oil or anything.
