how much does the bar on this machine weigh before adding the weights? or is that a silly question? i only ask, because when doing the standard 20 kg bar hip thrusts, i lift a lot lighter than when using this machine or equivalent at my gym.

my gym has this. guys don't use it only women. they dont know shit. i use the Fuck out of this. i'm a powerlifter. helps a lot.
Think it holds more than 360 pounds.
