3/4 of a bag of mini peppers, assorted colors
One large onion,
Salt and pepper to taste
Oregano,
Crushed red pepper to taste
Olive oil

Hi Guys...you make this recipe the same as I do, except I add potatoes to this as well, so delicious❤
I add a couple cloves of minced garlic too. This is a crowd-pleaser meal for any occasion.
I make mine the same way, sometimes I add sliced potatoes very good

Great recipe guys! FYI - Preheat oven at 375 - recipe is missing the Qty of sausage -> 5 pcs primo sausage (use what you like, they are using a sweet primo sausage ( cut in half), then add all your onions & peppers give it a quick toss and add your seasons + olive oil and give it a mix. Bake at 375 for about an 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. This recipe was served in a bun for a sandwich.
Do I cover it in the oven?
i know right i think for 1hour and then uncover do it browns in the oven. i could be wrong
