Bruschetta not Bruscetta !

Ingredients for Maddalena’s bruschetta!

1 basket of cherry tomatoes
2 heirloom tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
1 small red onion
1 large or 2 small grated garlic cloves
Balsamic vinegar to taste ( I put to 2 tablespoon)
Mustard to taste (I put 2 squirts)
1/4 cup of EVO
2 chopped celery stalks with leaves
1 can of cannelloni beans with juice
1 loaf of Italian bread
- garlic powder on top
- evo on top
