I will give hygiene a pass if meat is cooked to boil as it will kill all the bacteria and germs but if it's raw forget whether it's hygienic or not i am not having any meat.

たまに食べたくなるから不思議な魚、鯉。子供の頃あまり好きじゃなかった、大人が食べてるの見てなんで食べるの?位に思ってました。大人になったら全然平気、やっと大人になりました。
子供の頃はダメだったということは、やっぱり川魚独特のくせがあるのでしょうか?
