I have the disc, but when I go to the 3 rocks off in the dune sea there's no rock with the sign on it by there 🤔 I don't get it, I've tried coming back a few times, I got everything else but can't get this vault 🤷🏻♂️
I know I’m a bit late, but the people can spawn in two places as far as I know. I didn’t find them the same place as in the video but the vault and stone is always same place

Can you help I can't find the people to chat to for the second vault
Try reloading a previous save file or restarting the game or sometimes you may need to do some main quests for them to appear.
