Alder or poplar body wood? I do like my v4 whatever it is.

Are the scratchplate s the same as fender? Or can you buy them ?

The V4's pickguard won't retrofit with common 'P bass' style pickguards.

Can anyone tell me the difference between V4 Icon and V4 reissued?

The Vintage ICON series guitars and basses are distressed (relic'd), with aged hardware, the Reissued series guitars are as new.

Is the finish poly or nitro?
