loverly well renovated home. Price very reasonable. Why are these homes so affordable and why are folks never filling the recreation centers. Could this be due to the pandemic and now group activities have lessened as folks have become less social and isolated.

I'll be honest with you, I liked the last few videos and enjoyed those homes that the owners have renovated so well. But, 2 things stop me from thinking of buying in the Pinellas County area. Hurricanes and the fact that Redevelopment companies have been buying into these parks and it seems that within 5 years we will have new subdivisions, Condos, and commercial development where those parks are now. I'm sticking toward a more centralized area of Florida so when I buy it will be in a Home owner park, or a Co-op park. You do a great job so keep at it.
