Johann Shmidt was born the son of an abusive, drunken German villager named Hermann Shmidt and his saintly, long suffering wife Martha, who for years endured abuse and beatings from her husband. Martha died giving birth to Johann, their only child. Driven to madness by the death of the woman he both loved and hated, Hermann Shmidt tried to drown the newborn infant, accusing him of murdering Martha. The doctor who had just delivered the baby saved Johann from his father, and the next morning Hermann Shmidt committed suicide. The doctor took Johann to an orphanage, where the child led a lonely existence. Johann ran away from the orphanage when he was seven years old. In his late teens during the rise of the Third Reich, Shmidt got his most prosperous job, a bellhop in a major hotel. By chance, he was present when Hitler was furiously berating an officer and swore he could train Johann himself, a simple bellhop, to be a better National Socialist. Upon completion, Hitler gave Shmidt a unique uniform with a grotesque red skull mask, and he emerged as the Red Skull. His role was the embodiment of Nazi intimidation, while Hitler could remain the popular leader of Germany. The Red Skull was appointed head of Nazi terrorist activities with an additional large role in external espionage and sabotage.The propaganda effect was so great that the United States government decided to counter it by creating their own equivalent using the recipient of the lost Operation Rebirth, Steve Rogers, Captain America.

Not much is known of the background of the man many call the Cobra Commander. What we can only tell is how he works and how he thinks. We know that he has deliberately started political and social conflict in a number of areas. He has amassed an army by recruiting displaced people, promising them money, power, and a chance to get back at the world that hurt them. In return, he demands that they swear absolute loyalty to his cause. What is his cause? World domination. Cobra Commander doesn't delude himself by justifying his actions as matters of principles or glory. He knows he does it for control and power. He is ruthless, hatred-personified, meticulous person. He likes to personally oversee vital projects himself, even engaging in military combat himself on occasion. Not much is known about him, since he's a master of disguise and has appeared as a goatee artist looking man with a son in a coma, in the Marvel comics. His appearance in the 12 inch G.I. Joe line shows him as a man with dark slicked back hair, his appearance constantly changing leaves him assumed to wear masks, even the commander can keep his identity from the people around him.

The subtle holocaust bar though-- Not sure if it was intentional, but Joseph Gordon-Levitt did play Cobra Commander in Rise of the Cobra and also happens to be Jewish; So that hit hard when I noticed it.

Great battle! I don't really have much of a connection to either character, but I can still see the reason why this battle was made. COBRA vs Hydra. Pretty good battle. Don't know who won.
And here is a rap battle that you could create: Joseph Joestar (specifically his young form from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 2: Battle Tendency) vs Captain Jack Sparrow (Pirates of the Caribbean). If you are a JoJo Fan and a Pirates of the Caribbean fan, you should see the connections.
Also, I want this battle to have them make up near the end, kind of like your battle with Beast vs Winston.

Red Skull's rap was the Final Solution to the Cobra Commander problem.
I'm genuinely surprised. Usually with characters that you both voice, one just doesn't sound like themselves. Now big show and John Cena sound accurate but Tony Montana doesn't sound like himself. Here both red skull and cobra commander sound like, well, red skull and cobra commander. Nice job on nailing both of their speech patterns (red skull randomly speaking more quietly and cobra commander elongateing his "s" sounds) and references to their past's in media (cobra's inconsistent look, red skull's appearance prior to the MCU, their adversaries/partners with lines like "even those who Captained America never stayed their savior" and "what's covering up that itty bitty brain makes more of a crome dome than Destro". now I don't have many criticisms... only one: while it would make sense to use his different looks, red skull always has, well, a red skull and black spots around his eyes. Now while I will let the realistic skull in two shot, the old versions, the avengers assemble cartoon, and the marvel squad look slide since it at least looks like red skull, the old look they were made in the 80s or 90s, for the avengers assemble cartoon look it looks pretty cool and for marvel squad (I don't know the exact name of that particular show) since the head at least has the yellow eyes (another iconic part of red skull's look) . HOWEVER the anime look during the transition from his first verse and cobra's look off. First of all the "head" looks quote: "a mask looking like a squashed tomato" or ju. I can get past that if the rest looks ok but instead of black voids he has EYES. Now sure other versions have had eyes but they have other parts of red skull's iconic look or were combined with the black voids. And finally the color of the eyes are BLUE. Now sure other looks had him had eyes that were not yellow. However it either made him look intimidating or were because there were different times. Other than that criticism keep doing what you like doing
