Hi everyone let’s see How to make Delicious Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani using India Gate Classic Hyderabadi Biryani Masala
Ingredients
India Gate Hyderabadi Biryani Masala 120 gm pack
To cook rice
5 cups water
Whole spices
Salt 1/2 tbsp
To cook chicken
Chicken 250 to 300 gm
Oil 1 tablespoon
Water 100 ml
To fry onion
Oil
1 medium onion slices
To layer Biryani
Mint coriander leaves chopped
Green chilly 3-4 optional
Ghee 1 tablespoon
To garnish
Fried onion
Mint & coriander

I used this masala , it's taste is too weird and very bad taste...
