Ingredients:
½ tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
8 cloves
10 green cardamom
1 black cardamom
½ tsp pepper corns
1 mace
¼ nutmeg
1 Star anise

2 tsp coriander powder

3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 cup curd

1 tsp kewra water
1 cup oil
3 sliced onions
4-5 cup rice ( i have used 4 cup )
3 tbsp salt
bay leaves
cinnamon stick

This is a very easy and quick method for cooking biryani. This is my favorite type of biryani I always use to cook by this method.
Very easy recipe..... Thank you.... I am fond of cooking and found this recipe tastful and aromatic.... In the chicken marination, you missed aloo bukhara which add to taste..... dont miss the tip that the rice when added for dum should be hot and not cold....I also added boiled ( 50% ) potatoes when chicken was being cooked which completed the recipe...

It's really my recipe, only 2 items you didn't use 1 is potatoes (without potatoes our biryani is incomplete) 2nd thing is dried plums, it enhances biryani's taste. I like your recipes, quite cookable. 👍
