    This quote is quite insightful:
"When you ask fear to go, it starts to grow and in it's growth you are the victim.
When you ask fear to stay, it starts to sway and goes away; the start of freedom."
Don't fight your fear. Let it be, without resistance, and it will weaken gradually.

Indeed, when you give a blind eye to fear it is all around, but when you face it, it disappears.

I have actually went through this process and at 48 years old, one of the main things that people have come up to me and said, is they can’t believe they have not seen me negative or angry and responding to negative criticism with negative criticism in return. But life will give you what you need to make absolutely positively sure that it is gone lol. Just like three days ago with my ex mother-in-law of 10 years, she went to acting crazy over one thing that I said. She had no idea why I said it or what I meant. And I just said, “Why do you talk to me like this a lot.“ And that just made her angrier. So I got up and walked out of the room, but I was angry. I didn’t react to it, but I was angry, and I had to deal with it, but this is a very good exercise to do for myself in searching myself, and something very constructive that I can give my kids to do, because they’re finding it hard to grow up in this world. And they are all grown men. All in their 20s. So this was good. Thx Tom 🙏

All fears are little branches from a tree with the tree trunk being the fear of death. However, the root cause of the fear of death, is death of the ego, the “I” that you associate yourself with In this human experience. If you experience your higher self, your awareness that goes beyond your identified self, you KNOW that there is a separate entity within you that is immortal and limitless. this entity is the real YOU and you are merely in a play in this world to grow, learn and expand. So have fun, and enjoy this world of polarity. Feel all feelings and emotions deeply and grow through them.

I have learned this through life experience. I spent so much energy as a young man trying to hide perceived inadequacies and being afraid of failure or even being seen as a failure. Learn to laugh at yourself and become more humble. In practical terms, practice self-deprecating humor as well as recognize and appreciate the gifts of others. Do the opposite of what a narcissist (a very frightened person inside) would do.

I think part of this is awareness. If you have awareness or recognition of the patterns, it changes the relationship to thoughts and/or feelings. I’ll have to play with this, but my previous experience is trying to do anything with whatever is unwanted usually creates more resistance. On the other hand, I have found that being the space and allowing what it is to be there, which by default creates recognition, then this seems to, remove the influence of whatever it is that’s there and it takes a role and kind of fade on its own

There are seven steps useful to solving any problem (technical, socio-economic, psychological, medical, etc.) 1) Recognize you have a problem. 2) Explain the nature of the problem to yourself intelligibly. 3) List possible causes of the problem. 4) Assay and eliminate potential problem sources until you've isolated to the root cause of the problem. 5) Address / fix the problem cause. 6) Verify the problem is actually fixed. 7) Review the whole process (to clarify how you isolated it to cause and made the fix so you can generalize on the whole approach in order to reinforce your capacity to address any new problems in the future).
In terms of the planet's many issues (socio-economic, environmental, political etc.) we tend to get stuck at Step 3: "List possible problem causes" then immediately begin pointing fingers. "You did it!" "No you did!" Maybe that's why we fail to get to Step Four: "Isolate to cause."
With regard to "fear", it makes sense to explain what "fear" is. We might start with the notion that fear suggests we're not ready for our next step in life. Perhaps if we were to recognize that something exists beyond ourselves to help us take that next step (God, The Universe, Everything) we could get past it...
Maybe that same 'something' could help us deal with many of the problem's the planet as a whole now faces...

I have lived in incredible fear since I was 12 when I was groomed and raped by a priest at the catholic school I attended. I had no memory of it until I moved back to my hometown after 40 years. When I saw his name on the list of convicted pedo priests, the memory surged up. I am grateful nonetheless because now I understand why I was so angry at the world and mostly men. I survived and did not commit suicide like so many did. I got close but I was always guided by the LCS to come to terms with a tragedy so long ago. A tragedy that destroyed the entire family. Completely dysfunctional. Those priests were in and out of our home and I had 10 siblings.

understand this: You do not own fear. Fear and desire are the sign of unconscious misidentification with thought. This is observed as Ego Sign. Sadness, guilt, anxiety, frustration - anger and also excitement. Also, thoughts, feels and environment has no clue of who you really are. Trying to "own it" is completely useless. Utter rubbish. You will NEVER "get rid of it" by affirmation, because it is an indicated that is alerting you to a misidentification with thought! Observe. Love. Surrender with a Sigh of Relief to Ego Sign. Intent will not rid the fear and desire at all. Identifying who I really be is the truth to being. It is understanding that Ego Sign is an alert from I to I. I cannot win a fight, flight with I, freeze from or fawn from I. I cannot think my way out of Ego because Ego is an unconscious identification with thinking. Observe. Love. Surrender with a Sigh of Relief to Ego Sign. This is truth. I am that I am. Identify with the true identity that is labelled as awareness and consciousness, and fear and desire leave as a breath leaves the body. Observe. Love. Surrender with a Sigh of Relief. I am that I am...

Please stick to developing and proving your TOE. Also how about providing some evidence of your experiences that you claim such as OOBEs and contact with other realities. You have lost credibility with me as a scientist (and I am a retired computer scientist who likes your TOE).
