they are going too fast in the inlet. this is why manatees are going extinct. boats hit them. Some people are too entitled to follow safety rules. You are supposed to proceed slowly on certain inlets and channels. It’s not that hard.

They are complying with the law but there is always conflict between man and the animals...like the bears the FWC "harvested" a few years back.
