What did you guys do to the rear end of the PW to carry all that weight? The PW payload is only like 1200-1500lbs so how do you compensate for all the added weight?

I'm super curious too because I have a RAM 2500 and I thought I'd have to get a 3500 to move into a setup like this

They probably did R2 springs in the rear and/or bags but the R2 only gets you and additional 600lbs.

Why does the camper sit so high above the truck roof?
Because it's not a cab and chassis truck?

Probably because of how the flatbed mounts to the frame of the truck.

Having the long central mounted drawer on the back of the bed adds several inches height to the camper.
