parking on the side walks is illegal , and you must be a brave person to walk around there , doesn't look like a safe place , I would'n't go to newyork for anything

Young, stylishly dressed people walking around on broken sidewalks lined with buildings bordering on dereliction. That says a lot about New York. There are better places to live in people.
