Honestly this does look pretty cool! One thing they don't mention is the utilities. It doesn't create it's own water for example. When you park for the night, you need to hook up to external facilities, water, power and sewer. So in addition to paying $300k and up for this beauty and getting maybe 10 -12 miles per gallon, you also have to pay hook up fees at a park every night.
I see the exact same thing. I hope it can hold a good sized tool chest. I would go to the factory and learn how to maintain it myself. I would be happy to pay to get trained.
I’d rather have a skoolie but this motorhome is definitely top tier right here. Shit looks so cool and so plush on the inside. Unless you’re super duper extra stoopid beyond high maintenance you should have no complaints with this luxurious piece of work. The views along the Columbia River Gorge are great also. There is a nice KOA Cascade Locks along the river nice and peaceful koa until the trains start running.

That’s nuts/ no wonder will smith invested in one of these instead of staying at hotels when filming out of state. He’d have a driver bring it out to wherever the location was, or sometimes he’d drive across country with the guy to the location. Very nice

Extremely like this deep farmers sink,kolar?Is there a dishwasher?washer/dryer combo?A-big bathroom with rectangular shower,plenty of room for the toilet 36”+,nice bathroom sink & cabinets?a 24””regular size range& refrigerator36” with freezer.What size water container under camper?& What size grey water tank?waste tank?A water purifier would be nice.microwave/convection oven/fan/light?fire extinguisher& smoke detector?radon or regular gas detector?a few rugs for color?trash can under sink?away from dogs/pets? Like storages,a full mirror on the back of the bathroom door.Has anyone ever put a soft water treatment in a rv/camper & is it possible?Getting a water purification system would be a must if this is a permanent home.Id suggest a tub/shower-soaking in the tub is therapeutic.😅

The base model for that motorhome is around $200,000 from the factory. That is my guess.
It all depends on options and where you buy it.
