Yeh it’s hard on the man for sure, she used him to have a baby because her husband couldn’t give her one, so she picked him up. She doesn’t need him she is in love with her husband. She doesn’t want him to destroy her marriage, by wanting to see the baby. Very harsh but a fantastic song. The heart girls are fantastic. Oh the song was not written by heart, it was given to them to sing. So Ann found it hard because of the man, but did a fantastic job, as they always do. Keep going they have many more.
1. SO happy you're back. 2. 😂 your face when you realised what the song really was..... ICONIC song, changes the whole meaning when you get to the climax, doesn't it.... awesome reaction xxx
What I love about this song is that at first it sounds like "All I wanna do is make love to you" means "I'm obsessed with you and I wanna do it because I can't stop wanting you" but by the end you realize it means "I don't want to know you, I don't care who you are, I just want you to knock me up, that's all I want from you" hahahahahaha
I've always wondered about the line "So we found this hotel, it was a place I knew well." Really? That's kind of unusual. How many times has she tried this with other men in her effort to become pregnant? Hmmm.... Howzabout a sperm bank? LOL!
He probably got a job at the hotel in the hopes of seeing her again. She was shocked to see him. I don't think Heart liked this song but they still knocked it, rocked it, outta the park
Ann - the singer refuse to sing this song live ... she knows about the implications ... but as time continues for about 10-15 yrs - she finally sang it live -- but she knows ...
Hey Twon, just a quick note to say that the acoustic renditon of "Love Hurts" on the Heart album "The Road Home" is outstanding!! Just for reference, the song "Love Hurts" is best known for the hard rock version released in 1974 by the Scottish band "Nazareth". "Love Hurts" was actually recorded originally by the Everly Brothers in 1960. Roy Orbison covered it a year or so later, if you're interested in comparing the different treatments of this classic song. "The Road Home" is a live album recorded in Heat's hometown of Seattle at an intimate little club called The Backstage in Ballard. It's gone now but I saw many, many shows there. It was literally "just down the hill" from where I used to live.
Love your reactions! Here are a few suggestions for more explorations of Heart's catalouge: "Straight On" "Kick It Out" "Love Alive" "Allies" "Who Will You Run To" "Dog & Butterfly" A bit of 'inside baseball' on this song, It was written by the legendary producer Mutt Lange. Ann hated singing this song. She says it's a bit creepy if you think about it, and if you reverse the genders involved it becomes even more creepy. The liner notes for the Heart album "The Road Home" there is a more explicit explanation by Ann & Nancy themselves. Which is interesting in itself because they include an acoustic versidfon of "All I Want To Do" on the album. As a matter of interest, you might enjoy hearing the acoustic renditions of some Heart songs. Ann & Nancy took their music to a new level on this album, in my opinion. The acoustic verson of "Crazy On You" is amazing. As are the acoustic reworlings of "Barracuda" and "Alone" (freakin' gorgeous if you ask me😎). Tioraidh an drasta (Good-bye for now in Scots Gaelic, or just "Cheerie-oh)
Check out “it must have been love” by Roxette it’s fire and was in my favorite movie pretty woman. She’s such a powerful singer. 😎🙋🏼♀️ P.S great seeing you back! 🤩
Here's an interesting tidbit: I saw an interview with Ann Wilson, the lead singer in Heart, and she said that she really never liked this song because she thought the story of what happens in the song is just crass, and made her uncomfortable.
You need to check out Paradise by the dashboard light by meatloaf make sure you watch the concert video that goes along with the song so you get the full effect of the song mind-blowing followed by the song bad out of hell
She had a one night stand with a man, later in life she ran into that man when she already settled down with another man. He saw her child and it was like looking into his own eyes. That was his child that she had he never knew about.
Oh Dub..the 80s Heart. 😳 Like Ann herself, I'm not a fan of this song. 🤷♀️ However, lots of people do. 🙃 They, Heart, didn't write it. Much prefer earlier Heart, but to be honest... I'll listen to just about anything ❤❤! "STRAIGHT ON" please, you will like it!! 👍🏽
I noticed most men mix up what she is saying. She had a man she loved but he couldn't get her pregnant. But the man she picked up got her pregnant. That's why she said "you gave me the one thing that he cant".she was grateful
“She wrong” but yet guys do this shit all the damn time and they’re “the man!”. He got what he wanted just like she did and she’s taking care of her shit without the donor, lol
She and her husband wanted a child but her husband couldn't have children, so they came up with a way to have one. She never intended to see the one night stand again

The song was written by Robert John "Mutt" Lange...was Producer for several artists including Def Leppard.
I'm late, but Heart is the greatest female band ever.
1. SO happy you're back. 2. 😂 your face when you realised what the song really was..... ICONIC song, changes the whole meaning when you get to the climax, doesn't it.... awesome reaction xxx
Climax is a fitting description lol
Welcome back!!! Try, Never, What About Love, Stranded. These Dreams. Loved the reaction.
Can you say: USED?!? What a twist, right? 😳
I'm still trying to figure out how I looked at 10 years old, with my skinny, redheaded self singing these lyrics at the top of my lungs. :D
Hell yeah. Banger. You can't even imagine how it feels.
Welcome back
But seriously, Heart is badass. They are both 💪beasts. Literally musical geniuses.
More Heart!!!
Never
These Dreams
Straight On
🤘❤🤘 Loved your reaction, man! This song was actually pretty controversial when it came out in 1990.
Sure Was, And Really Still Is Or Should Be.
DNA ISSUES, Family Health History... Ya Know!
As well as Ann Wilson sings this song...she says it's one that she is not fond of...
When I was back in high school, I didn’t know who I wanted more Anne Wilson, Nancy Wilson or Stevie Nicks. Lol. 😊
I've always wondered about the line "So we found this hotel, it was a place I knew well." Really? That's kind of unusual. How many times has she tried this with other men in her effort to become pregnant? Hmmm.... Howzabout a sperm bank? LOL!
You Know!
He probably got a job at the hotel in the hopes of seeing her again. She was shocked to see him. I don't think Heart liked this song but they still knocked it, rocked it, outta the park

This was my band in my day.
Lololol loved your reaction to this song. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Check out an oldie, but goodie song called “straight on” late 70s live show I believe it’s 78. She’s in a wine colored or burgundy colored dress.
A great song but one of the Wilson sisters here hated singing it!
♥♥♥♥♥ great band.
I feel sorry for the child... lovely song and I loved singing it Back in the day, but certainly not good morals.

No doubt! The best reaction to the plot twist. LMAO!
She passed the child off as her husbands or boyfriends.
Meaning Husband or Boyfriend Didn't Even Know!
Love the Wilson sisters. Please Check out " Magic Man "
Vibe👍
Love your reactions!

you probably did “Crazy on You” i’ll check but if not that’s a banger
I like the ‘crazy on you’ ‘backstage’77 the best.
Here's an interesting tidbit: I saw an interview with Ann Wilson, the lead singer in Heart, and she said that she really never liked this song because she thought the story of what happens in the song is just crass, and made her uncomfortable.
And I think they were pressured to do the song.
A DNA QUESTION COULD COME UP IN THE FUTURE THOUGH!
DON'T LOSE EACH OTHER.......

I think I heard a line where she said “I am the flower, you are the seed,” if I heard it correctly. Guess that’s all he was - a sperm donor
I think they were going to name this song. all I want to do is get child support from you,, lol 😂
If you want to try out a new singer Jimmy Barnes - Driving wheels or Working class man, both rock :)
Was banned in Ireland--wonder why ???
Dude..I hate that stuff but it's relaxing if you any kinda man.
Welcome back...and with vengence!! Great reaction Dub.
Why is it none of the men get that she doesn't want him.? Just wants a baby!!@
I love the chuckle at 1:30. 🤟
My mom and mine favorite heart song it's a sad situation but I love this song and beat
One of their best songs that they hated.

Her Husband Didn't Even Know!
Just Her....And The [Little Boy In The Rain!]
Heart is a lot better when they're doing hard rock. This song sucks.
